Sport is the activity of physical and mental efforts which makes an individual fit and fine. Sport makes people healthy. Apart from this, it is a common physical activity under the round and healthy environment.
We play games with teams so the game increases the brotherhood relation and feelings of team spirit. Every player should play the games with the highest degree of discipline which increases his/her personality and good manners. It creates competitive feelings so we can face different challenges and difficulties.
Sports are like games. Volleyball, football, basketball, cricket, table tennis, badminton, etc. are examples of sports. It gives the opportunity to increase their future career, name, fame and earn the money, so it is very important.
Dashain is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Nepal. Hindus mainly celebrate this festival. On Dashain, we worship Goddess Durga. This festival is celebrated from Ghatasthapana to Kojagrat Purnima. We put a red tika or white tika. Especially red tika, some castes like Tamang, Gurung, Magar, Rai put on white tika. We also put jamaras and receive blessings from our elders. They also give us some money, also known as “Dakshina”. During this festival, we also go to temples and worship the various Gods and Goddesses. On this day we eat meat, wear new clothes and enjoy ourselves with our near and dear ones.
School is the best place for me as I can learn many things and school teaches me to be disciplined. My school’s name is Deerwalk Sifal School. It is located in Sifal, Kathmandu. Many children come to my school for a better education. In every school, there is a school head or a principal. Likewise, our head of the school is Bijaya Shrestha. He is very friendly and strict at the same time. There are also many teachers to guide us. They all are very caring and friendly. The most interesting thing about my school is that it conducts various programs and extra classes like a sports club, art club, dance club, music club, vocal, karate and so on. The extra classes provided by the school helps us to be creative and extra in various works. Thus, the school makes us literate and independent. We all must go to school.
There are many festivals celebrated in our country Nepal such as Tihar, Dashain, Holi, Teej, and so on. Among them, my favorite festival that I like to celebrate is Tihar. It is also known as a light festival as we can see light everywhere in this festival. We eat very delicious food and wear new clothes at this festival. We also play Deusi Bhailo with our friends. Especially, in our culture, we blast crackers (Pateka) and we called it ‘Diwali’. It is the festival of togetherness. We all family together to celebrate this festival with lots of fun and enjoyment.
Pashupatinath temple is a famous Hindu temple that is located in Pashupati, Kathmandu. It is a very popular temple for Hindus. It is a temple where everyone wants to visit. People from India also come to visit the temple. It is a world cultural heritage site. Thus, the temple has very tight security. The most dangerous earthquake also could not cause any harm to the temple. There are many other small temples in Pashupati. But, the main god is Lord Shiva. Bagmati river is nearby the temple. In the past days, it was believed that if people take water from the river and give it to god then the god would be very happy.
On Monday, September 16, 2019, Grade IV and V jointly visited International Horticulture Development Research and Training Center as a part of the study. We got some information about Grapes, Kiwi, Pea, Dhungi, Tinplate, Avocado, Bhogate, Cheery, Muntala, Haluwabeadh and how they grow. Besides this, we saw vermicompost in the soil. We were told that earthworms make the soil fertile so that we can grow crops, fruits, vegetables, and grains. Then we went to the playing area. There were swings, slides, etc. Later, we took some rest in the cottage and ate our lunch. The driver told us to come on the bus and we reached school. It was such a nice day out with my friends and teachers.

But there is one big drawback if we continuously tend to use the internet. The continuous dependence upon the computer makes our minds dull and lazy. In all the houses now there is a need for a computer and the internet at a compulsion ratio and the internet is being as an essential need of people.

We can connect more than one computer by using the internet. We can use email to send and message through the use of the internet. We can research about so many things. For instance, information related to agriculture, academics and many more. Thus, the internet is very useful.
Muktinath, the popular Vishnu temple located at the first highest altitude in the world is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists located in Muktinath Valley at an altitude of 3,710 meters at the foot of the Thorong La mountain pass in Mustang, Nepal. The site is close to the village of Ranipauwa. It is also called Mukti Kshetra by Hinduism.
