In a realm of life, I saw demise,
I questioned if this is the proper way to live or is this a lie.
The proper way to live is undefined,
The path of my life, is it right?
I questioned my path, I questioned my life,
I am scared to walk, I am scared to rise.
In a world of light there will always be fight,
Now I am unsure, What is wrong and what is right?
The right way to live is never the same,
For another soul there is another flame.
What will you do when the life is a game,
A game of puppets and you are the main.
Puppets is what you will be when you follow the wrong destiny,
God gives you one chance each and the consequences are too deep.
The correct way to live I am unsure of it,
But I do know the way to live.
योगले हाम्रो मनलाई शान्त बनाउँछ। योग एक जीवनशैली र परम शान्तिको सफलता हो । योग गर्दा हामीले आफ्नो मन र शरीरलाई सही अवस्थामा ल्याउन सक्छौँ । योग गर्दा हाम्रो शरीरका मांशपेसीहरू सही अवस्थामा बस्छन्। हामी तन्दुरुस्त हुन्छौँ । हामीले योग गर्दा हाम्रो मन र दिमागमा उच्च विचार आउँछ । हामी तनावबाट मुक्त हुन्छौँ । योग नै हाम्रो जीवनको सबैभन्दा ठुलो धन हो । योग गर्दा हामी हाम्रा समस्याहरूको समाधान खोज्न सक्छौँ । किनभने योग गर्दा हाम्रो मन एकाग्र हुन्छ ।
योगका धेरै आसनहरू छन् ।
जस्तै : भुजङ्ग आसन, पदम आसन, गरुड आसन , नमस्ते आसन, सूर्य नमस्कार आसन आदि । योगले मानिएको ध्यान गर्ने बानीको विकास गराउँछ। योग गर्ने मानिस कहिल्यै क्रोधित हुँदैन । उनीहरू सधैँ शान्त स्वभावका हुन्छन् । योगले याे भन्छ कि, " जुन मान्छे क्रोधित हुन्छ, त्यहीँ मान्छेको स्वास्थ्य नराम्रो हुन्छ I यसकारण हामीहरूले योग गर्नुपर्छ । योग गर्ने मानिसहरू महान् हुन्छन् । सधैँ अरूको भलाइ मात्र सोच्छन् ।
Time is the most important aspect of a human life. No one notices time moving but it's actually fading away really slowly. Nowadays students struggle in managing their time effectively. Because of this they are unable to complete their assignments on time. Here, I’ll give some effective tips of time management :-
Finally, Time management can be done with proper effort and effective things. You also need to practise your skills of controlling your time. At last, it's your time that you are manipulating. Every second is worth it in this wonderful life. You must be able to balance proportions correctly and to take things slow. You don’t have to do everything in one day so I prefer a calendar that can give you a daily reminder of your deadlines so you can easily complete the task. Time management isn’t all about saving time, it's also you being able to be more creative and productive.

I am going to write about my trip to Manakamana. In the morning, I woke up early to get ready quickly. When I went to my parents' room, I noticed that they were still sleeping and dreaming. So, I hurriedly woke them up and reminded them about today's trip to Manakamana. At that moment, I also realised that I had not even brushed my teeth or washed my face. My father called my uncle to get ready because we were going to pick him up. We planned to visit Swayambhunath and were surprised to know that my uncle's Chinese friend would also be joining us. However, I was more shocked to find out that our reserved car had not arrived yet. Slowly, I began to lose hope of going to Manakamana and enjoying the trip. But at the last moment, we received news that the car was being repaired and would take around 9 to 12 minutes to arrive. Finally, the car came.
Now, let us get to the main point. I was feeling very anxious at that time because it was my first time travelling with Chinese guests. It turned out to be quite enjoyable to converse with each other. We were all very excited to share this ride with our Chinese friends. After a long journey, we finally reached Manakamana. The view was incredibly relaxing, and I fell in love with the peacefulness of the place. It was far away from noise pollution, and was a perfect spot for meditation. When we reached there, we started taking photos. After capturing some moments, we had lunch.
After that, we climbed up the cable car. It is a modern technology that runs on electricity. Riding the cable car was a bit scary for me. After a few minutes we reached the temple, where we worshipped and took photos. I documented all of these experiences in my notes, and I highly recommend everyone do the same. When you travel far from the city, keeping a diary can help you remember all the details. I encourage you to write about your travels, as many people enjoy reading such accounts. With this, I conclude my writing.

In realms of dreams, where fantasies unfurl,
As I walk to the valleys of the mind of hers,
to realms unknown,
On wings of time, my spirit starts to swirl,
A traveler, on a path all mine to own.

मेरो मनपर्ने खेल फुटबल हो । यो मेरो मात्र होइन यो संसारभरका ५ बिलियन जनाको मनपर्ने खेल हो। म फुटबल धेरै राम्राे खेल्छु । मलाई मेरो कक्षाबाट कसैले पनि जित्न सक्दैन । याे खेल खेल्ने खेलाडीहरूमध्ये मेरो मनपर्ने खेलाडी मेस्सी हो । मेरो लागि मेस्सी सबैभन्दा राम्रो खेलाडी हो किनकि मेस्सीसँग सबै ट्रफी छ । अवार्ड सबै छैनन् तर ट्रफी सबै छन् । मलाई पनि मेस्सी जस्तै हुन मन छ । म फुटबल हरेक दिन खेल्छु किनकि याे मेरो मनपर्ने खेल हो । यसमा ११ जनाको टिम हुन्छ । धेरै जस्तो ३ ओटा स्ट्राइकर, ३ ओटा मिडफिल्डर , ४ ओटा डिफेन्डर र गोलकिपर सधैँ एउटा हुन्छ। म स्ट्राइकर खेल्छु, मैले गोल हान्नुपर्छ । मिड फिल्डटले थोरै गोल र बढी पास खेल्नुपर्छ । फुटबल एउटा रमाइलो खेल हो । यो खेल्न र हेर्न मज्जा आउँछ । हामी विद्यार्थीहरूले पढाइका साथ साथै खेल पनि खेल्नुपर्दछ । खेल खेल्दा हाम्राे शरीर स्वस्थ हुन्छ, हामीलाई मनाेरञ्जन पनि प्राप्त हुन्छ ।
Scams are defined as dishonest schemes and scandals that deceive or trick individuals into sharing personal information, sending money or buying phoney subscriptions or items. They often exploit trust, fear, or ignorance to achieve their goals. Scammers use various methods such as sending emails, fraudulent phone calls, fake websites, and social tactics to scam their targets. Common types of scams include lottery scams, romance scams, investment scams, and identity theft. All of these scams can be conducted via the internet. In fact, the internet is a great place for con artists and scammers to set their business because it is easier to trick people into scams when there is no human contact needed. Catfishes also fall under the category of “romance scams”, catfishes are people who pretend to be someone famous or conventionally attractive to profit off of matches by asking them to send money.
Frauds and Scams have become more popular and common over the years, studies and statistics show that in the last 5 years almost 42% of people from India received scam alerts, texts or any sort of scam. India has one of the largest known, scam businesses in the world . They mainly rely on call centres. A call centre or call centre is a managed capability that can be centralised or remote that is used for receiving or transmitting a large volume of enquiries by telephone. A lot of Crimes can be committed by the help of call centres. Scammers disguise themselves as tele-marketers and deceive vulnerable people. By vulnerable people I mean, aged people and young children. They are the type of people that can be easily blackmailed, deceived or tricked into these scams. Some even use threats and aggravation to intimidate the receiver. There are also ‘Mobile Scams’ that target children, even though most mobile games are free, almost all of them have an in-game payment system often labelled as VIP passes or subscriptions. These passes consist of eye-catching rewards and benefits that can draw a child’s attention. Some of these games don't even have a pre-pay system, the game charges you money after a certain amount of time. Some prices are reasonable but still I believe it’s still a scam because it encourages unsupervised children to spend their parents money without their notice. Children cannot be trusted and if a company takes advantage of a child’s incapability to think for themselves and poor financial decisions I believe there needs to be action taken against them.
To avoid scams, remember to be extremely cautious of offers that sound too good to be true, scammers often promise huge rewards. Never publicly share your personal information regarding social security , bank credentials unless there is a believable privacy and safety policy attached, double-check URLs and emails for spelling errors, as scammers use fake websites and emails. We all should spread awareness about this issue as scammers can ruin a person’s life by stealing something like their credit card info . We need to take action and report to the authorities if any scam call was received . Always remember to stay safe from scammers in real life and virtually .

Last month, we had a field visit to Kirtipur. We had lunch early and then headed to the classroom to gather our belongings. Before leaving, we grabbed our clipboards and received a trip sheet. The bus ride to the destination took around 40 minutes. We enjoyed the view a lot during the journey. After disembarking from the bus, we all lined up in four rows, and then we were given a short break to use the restroom. After the break, we entered the museum.
Inside the museum, we encountered various machines and inventions. Initially, we observed a machine that blew air at high force and velocity. When we placed a ball above it, the ball floated in the air.
Next, we witnessed an illusion where mirrors were placed around a table to reflect the surroundings and create a blending effect. Behind the table was a small, square-shaped gap where a person could stand and stick their head out. When they did so, it created the illusion that their body had disappeared, leaving only their head visible.
In addition, we observed a showcase of different gears, pulleys, and other mechanisms. When we manipulated the gears, the sphere-shaped objects at the top responded by moving.
Similar to the first three exhibits, we explored many more inventions, such as the human conductor, an upside-down mirror, a bicycle that could generate electricity when pedalled, a volt machine capable of generating electricity through wire by simply pushing a button, and another illusion contraption that made a light bulb appear dim while emitting a significant amount of light somehow. Lastly, we observed sculptures depicting the evolution from apes to humans.
Overall, it was an excellent trip that both entertained us and introduced us to many new formulas and methods. Lastly, I hope that our next field visit takes us to another intriguing place like Kirtipur.
