स्वस्थ शरीरमा स्वस्थ दिमाग हुन्छ।’ यो आज पनि सत्य हो। राम्रो शरीर भएको व्यक्तिको दिमाग राम्रो हुन्छ। बिहान सबेरै उठ्नुपर्छ; ताजा हावा सास लिनको लागि हिड्न बाहिर जानुपर्छ, नियमित रूपमा हिड्नुपर्छ। ताजा र सन्तुलित आहार लिनुपर्छ । कसैलाई ईर्ष्या वा रिसाउनु हुँदैन। राम्रो सङ्गत पनि राख्नुपर्छ । एउटा पुरानो भनाइ पनि छ, ‘मानिस आफूले राखेको कम्पनीबाट चिनिन्छ’। राम्रो स्वास्थ्यले कसैको पैसा पनि बचाउँछ।राम्रो किताब पढ्नसकिन्छ । महापुरुषहरूका पुस्तकहरूले पनि पुण्य प्राप्त गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ। राम्रो स्वास्थ्य राख्न मद्दत गर्दछ। किताब पढ्दा नराम्रो संगतमा पर्न कुनै समय छोड्दैन। किताबबाट पनि ज्ञान प्राप्त हुन्छ। यी सबै चिजहरूले खुशी दिन्छ जुन राम्रो स्वास्थ्यको लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण छ। साँच्चै भनिएको छ, “चाँडो सुत्ने र चाँडै उठ्ने कुराले मानिसलाई स्वस्थ, धनी र बुद्धिमान बनाउँछ। व्यायामले मुटु रोग, स्ट्रोक, मधुमेह र पेटको क्यान्सरबाट बच्न मद्दत गर्छ।राम्रो स्वास्थ्य मानव जीवनको एक आवश्यक हो। राम्रो जीवन जिउने उत्तम तरिका भनेको राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्ती कायम राख्नु हो। राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्ती कायम गरेर मात्र जीवनलाई पूर्ण रूपमा बाँच्न सकिन्छ। राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्तीले मानसिक र शारीरिक दुबैलाई बुझाउँछ। राम्रो जीवन जिउने उत्तम तरिका भनेको राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्ती कायम राख्नु हो। राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्ती कायम गरेर मात्र जीवनलाई पूर्ण रूपमा बाँच्न सकिन्छ। राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरुस्तीले मानसिक र शारीरिक दुबैलाई बुझाउँछ।राम्रो स्वास्थ्य र तन्दुरूस्तीकाे आधारभूत तरिका कसरत गर्नु हो। हामीले सधैं यो याद राख्नु पर्छ कि स्वस्थ दिमाग केवल स्वस्थ शरीर भएर मात्र प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ।
Environment is a surrounding where we live. But the contamination of our environment by pollutants is environmental pollution. Pollution, directly and indirectly, affects the lives of humans and other species. It is increasing day by day. There are different types of pollution. They are water pollution, land pollution, air pollution and noise pollution.
Smoke from a chimney pollutes our air. Water is easily contaminated with any contaminant, whether human waste or industrial chemicals. Because of polluted soil and water, crops or agricultural products are also toxic.
Climate change is also a cause of pollution. The temperature rises and global warming also increases. The only way to eliminate pollution is to plant more trees and emit more toxic gases. If the earth becomes green again, then pollution can be reduced and we will breathe fresh air.
If we wish to survive and continue our life on earth we must take action. These measures will help protect our as well as the next-generation future.
Education is the process of learning or getting knowledge, skills and personal development. Education is important for us to grow and for a successful life. It helps to increase the self-confidence and personality of a person. It also makes a person independent and differentiates humans from other living things. When one is educated they do not have to depend on anyone else for livelihood. They can earn for themselves and lead a good life. It makes our life better.
Education is necessary to understand the universe around us. Our home is the first place to get an education. It helps us to be good human and bring a positive thinking to us. A good education makes engineers, doctors, lawyers, businessmen, pilots etc. It has become difficult to live without education. It helps in the development of the country and improve economic growth and build a better citizen for the country.
हामी सबैलाई परीक्षा भनेपछि एक प्रकारले भारी महसुस हुन्छ । कस्ता प्रश्न आउलान्,उत्तर कसरी लेख्ने हाेला ?आदि कुरा मनमा खेलिरहन्छ । एउटा परीक्षा दिएर घर आएपछि अङ्क कति आउला भन्ने चिन्ता एकातिर रहन्छ भने अर्कातिर भाेलि दिने विषयमा के लेख्ने हाेला ? भन्ने छुट्टै चिन्ता हुन्छ अनि भाेलिपल्टकाे तयारीमा जुट्न लाग्छाैँ । परीक्षा हामी सबै विद्यार्थीलाई यस्तै भएर सकिन्छ । मेराे विचारमा यदि हामी शिक्षकशिक्षिकाहरूले पढाउँदा राम्ररी ध्यान दिने हाे भने हामी त्यसरी चिन्तित हुन पर्दैन हाेला । जुनजुन विषयमा जेजे पढाइ हुन्छ, त्याे त्यही दिन राम्ररी पढियाे भने परीक्षाका लागि पढ्न बाँकी भएर थुप्रिँदैन अनि परीक्षाका दिनलाई पनि साधारण दिन जस्तै गरी बिताउन सक्छाैँ । एकैदिन वा परीक्षाका दिन मात्र पुस्तक पढ्नाले हामीलाई परीक्षाकाे डरले सताउने गर्दछ । हाम्राे देशमा अङ्क र ग्रेडलाई ठुलै महत्व दिने कारणले गर्दा पनि हाेला, हामी सबै विद्यार्थीहरूकाे चाहे ठुला कक्षाका हुन् वा साना कक्षाका हुन् परीक्षाले साताे लिएकाे हुन्छ । व्यवहारिक ज्ञान व्यवहारिक तरिकाले परीक्षा लिएमा किताबी परीक्षाकाे डरबाट मुक्त भइने थियाे ।
मानिसलाई मनाेरञ्जनका लागि विभिन्न खेलहरू खेलिन्छ । कुनै खेल घरबाहिर खेलिन्छ भने कुनै खेल घरभित्र नै खेलिन्छ । कुनै शारीरिक कसरतका साथ खेलिन्छ भने कुनै ल्यापटप,माेबाइलमा पनि खेलिन्छ ।
मलाई सबैभन्दा बढी फुटबल खेल मन पर्छ । फुटबल समूहमा खेल्ने खेल हाे । दुइ वटा समुह बनाएर खेलिन्छ । खुट्टाले मात्र बललाई छुन पाइन्छ । दुइतिर गाेलपाेष्ट हुन्छन् । विपरित समूहकाे पाेष्टमा जसले बललाई छिराउँछ , उसकाे जित हुन्छ । ११ः११ जनाकाे समूह बनेर खेल्दा अर्काकाे पाेष्टमा बल छिराउने र आफ्नाे पाेष्टमा बल छिर्न नदिन निकै मेहनतका साथ खेल्नुपर्छ । फुटबल अन्तराष्ट्रिय रूपमा याे खेल खेलिने हुनाले मानिस याे खेललाई पेशाका रूपमा पनि अँगालेर खेल्ने गर्छन् । फुटबल खेलाडीले नाम र दाम दुवै कमाउन सक्ने हुनाले सबैकाे लाेकप्रिय खेलका रूपमा परिचित छ ।

If you write in small handwriting then you are lonely and sad and want friends.
If you write in big letters then you are outgoing and love attention.
If you write fast then you are impatient and if you write slow you are patient and peaceful.
If your letters connect while writing then you are intelligent and if they do not connect then you are logical and careful.
Handwriting says a lot of things about us.
When we look at the sky, we see different kinds of natural bodies like the sun, the stars, the moon, and so on. The natural bodies in the sky are called heavenly bodies. They are part of our universe. The universe is a huge space that contains everything that exists. The heavenly bodies that we see are just a small fraction of the bodies that exist in the universe. One of the reasons why we do not see more of them is that they are very, very far away.
To measure the large distances in the universe, scientists use a unit of length called the light year. A light-year is a distance travelled by light in one year. Light travels 9.46 trillion km in a year.
Scientists believe that the universe was born after a massive explosion called the ‘big bang’. A long time after the big bang, stars like our sun were formed. At that time, clouds of hot gases and particles revolved around the sun. Over time, many particles got stuck together to form large bodies. These bodies pulled in smaller objects near them by gravitational force. This made them larger still. These bodies finally became the planets.

यसलाई मक्कर सङ्क्रान्ति पनि भनिन्छ । यसलाई देशभरिका मानिसहरुले आ-आफ्ना तरिकाले हर्ष र उल्लासका साथ मनाउने गर्दछन् । यो दिनमा विषेश गरी
घिउ, चाकु , खिचडी,तरुल, सखरखण्ड, तिलको लड्डु, खाने गरिन्छ। तराइमा बस्ने मानिसहरूले याे दिनलाई माघीका रूपमा मनाउँछन् । यो खानाहरुले हामीलाई न्यनो पार्छ।
मेरो घरमा पनि आमा र म मिलेर यस्तै खानेकुराहरु बनायाैँ । आमा र बाबाले मलाई राताे टिका लगाएर पैसा पनि दिनुभयाे । बनाएका तिलका लड्डु, भुजाकाे लड्डु र घिउ,चाकु,तरूल, सखरखण्ड र खिचडी सबै मिलेर खायाैँ । हामीहरूले माघे सङ्क्रान्ति राम्रोसँग माघे सङ्क्रान्ति मनायाैँ।
