There are many desires I have in my life but I am going to share my three desires or the things that I really want to happen in my life. I have a youtube channel with about eighty subscribers now. I want to work hard and make as many subscribers as possible which would help me get recognized throughout the world. I know it's a long way to go, but I believe I will achieve it.
Second off, I would like to learn different languages and be fluent in them. I want to learn the languages that other people speak so that I can make new friends! Currently, I am learning Deutch (German) and I might go for Italian Language next! This is going to help me out when I go abroad too. I already have made three friends through an online platform and I wish I could speak their language too.
My all time major wish has been exploring Hong Kong! I have researched a lot about this place and have found it really interesting. I also want to visit Hong Kong because one of my online friends is from the same place and I might get to meet her!
My sister is Sapna Mishra, and she's 21 years old. She's really pretty and can easily make people laugh. She's also good at leading others and writing. She loves to travel, and I want to visit her in Butwal and go on a fun trip with her in the car. Her dream is to become a government official and serve our country. She is also great at doing makeup and enjoys spending time in nature and writing about it.
I have another sister named Rachana Mishra, who is 23 years old. She is also beautiful and can complete tasks quickly. She is studying to become a dentist in Bhairawa, and her birthday is coming up soon. Even though I may not be there for her birthday, our bond is strong, and it shows that relationships with friends, parents, and siblings are forever.
In the journey of our lives, some relationships are like precious gems, never fading or losing their spark. The bonds we share with our friends, parents, and siblings are among these eternal treasures. I learn many things from my sisters. They are like role models in my life. I appreciate the way they care for me and are always ready to help me. Likewise, I feel the same way about them. This sisterly relationship is precious to us and will remain that way forever.
मेरा धेरै साथीहरू छन् । त्यसमध्ये पनि मेरा मिल्ने साथीको नाम आरुषी र कारा हाे । उनीहरू धेरै सहयोगी छन् । हामी तीन जना खुब मिल्छाैँ । हामी खेल्ने समयमा खेल्छाैँ र पढ्दा निकै ध्यान दिएर पढ्छाैँ । मेरा साथीहरू गुरु गुरुआमाले भनेकाे खुरुखुरु मान्छन् । मसँग उनीहरू खेल्छन् । मलाई उनीहरूसँग खेल्न मज्जा आउँछ । हामी खेल्दा झगडा गर्दैनाैँ । हामी अनुशासनकाे पालना गरी खेल्छाैँ । मेरा साथीहरूले मलाई पढाइमा पनि सहयाेग गर्छन् । उनीहरूले पढाइमा मैले नजानेका कुराहरू सिकाउँछन् । उनीहरूलाई मेराे सहयोग चाहियो भने पनि म उनीहरूलाई मदत गर्छु । मेरा साथीहरू धेरै रमाइला छन् । मैले मिलनसार र सहयाेगी साथीहरू पाउँदा म निकै खुसी छु ।

Seventy percent of our body is made up of water. Our body can’t store water. We, therefore, need to provide fresh supplies everyday to make up for all the loss of water our body makes. We lose water when we sweat, urinate etc. Water helps our body to maintain our body temperature and it also helps in smooth functioning of body joints.
When we lose more body fluid than what we intake, the body will become unable to carry out its normal functions and its when dehydration occurs. Dehydration can cause urinary and kidney related problems including other problems like heat injury and even seizures. It is caused due to high fever, excessive sweating, vomiting and diarrhoea etc. We need to drink enough water and other fluids during sickness to maintain the body fluid.
Spring is a wonderful season that comes after winter and before summer. It starts in March and ends in June. During spring, the days become longer and the nights become shorter. It is a time when flowers and plants start to grow and bloom. In spring, we wear lighter clothes made of cotton because the weather is neither too hot nor too cold. We also get to enjoy delicious fruits like mangoes and apples, as well as healthy vegetables like spinach. Farmers find this season perfect for growing crops.
Everything looks fresh and beautiful during the spring. Trees and plants become lively again with new leaves and flowers. People often feel happy and cheerful during this season because of the pleasant weather and the beauty of nature coming back to life.
I really like spring because of all these reasons. It is a time of joy and refreshment.
असार १५ तथा राष्ट्रिय धान दिवसमा ‘धानकाे उत्पादन बढाऔँ’ भन्ने नाराका साथ याे दिवस मनाइन्छ । यो दिनलाई राेपाइ महाेत्सव वा राेपाइ दिवसकाे रूपमा पनि चिनिन्छ । नेपालमा हजाराैँ वर्ष पहिलेदेखि धानकाे खेती हुँदै आएकाे छ । नेपाल कृषि प्रधान देश भएकोले असार १५ गते धान राेपेर दही चिउरा खाएर धान दिवस मनाइन्छ । नेपालमा वि.स २०६२ सालदेखि असार १५ लाई धान दिवसका रुपमा मनाउन सुरु गरिएको हो । नेपालमा फरक फरक तरिकाले धान दिवस मनाउने गर्दछन् । किसानले आफ्नो तरिकाले मनाउने गर्दछन् । किसानहरू यस दिन हिलो टेकेर एक अर्कालाई हिलाे फ्यालेर खेल्ने गर्छन् । यस दिन किसानहरू राेपाइलाई पर्वको रुपमा मनाइने हुँदा खेतको हिलोमा पसेर असारे गीत गाउँदै धान रोप्ने चलन छ । नेपालमा असार १५ गते वर्षकै लामो दिन मानिने हुँदा हिलोमा गाइने असारे गीतले यस दिनदेखि दिन छोटो र रात लामो हुँदै जाने हुँदा हिउँदकाे सुरुवात भयो भन्ने गर्छन् । हलगोरुले हिल्याएका खेतको हिलोमा धान रोपेर किसानहरू आपसमा रमाउँछन् । गीत गाउँछन् र हिलोसँग खेल्छन् ।
गणतन्त्र स्थापना नेपाली इतिहासको त्यो दिन थियो, जुन दिन नेपाली शासन व्यवस्थामा परिवर्तन भएर राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य भएको थियो । नेपालमा गणतन्त्र दिवस हरेक वर्ष जेठ १५ गते मनाइन्छ । करिब २४० वर्ष लामो राजतन्त्र हटेको हुनाले नेपाली इतिहासमा गणतन्त्र दिवस महत्त्वपूर्ण रहेको छ । गणतन्त्रको स्थापनापछि नेपाली जनताले प्रजातन्त्रको सही ढङ्गले उपयोग गर्न पाएका छन् | काठमाडौँको टुडिखेलस्थित सैनिक मञ्चले गणतन्त्र दिवसको मुख्य कार्यक्रम आयोजना गर्छ । त्यहाँ नेपालका विशिष्ट व्यक्तिहरूकाे उपस्थिति रहन्छ । गणतन्त्र स्थापनापछि नेपालमा राष्ट्रपति रहने व्यवस्था छ । नेपालका प्रथम राष्ट्रपति रामवरण यादव हुन् ।
Princess Diana was a member of the British royal family. She was born in 1961 in the United Kingdom. She was very beautiful. She was the first wife of King Charles. Throughout her life, she supported and gave her voice to people who were struggling with diseases like cancer, AIDS etc. She was involved in many charities which helped the lives of people around the world. Her generous and loving nature made her gain a special place in the hearts of people. But, sadly, she passed away in a car crash on 31st August 1997.

वातावरण भनेको हाम्राे वरिपरिको तत्व हो । जसले हामीलाई असर गर्छ । वातावरणमा हावा, पानी, वनजङ्गल, माटो, खनिज आदि पर्दछन् । वातावरण जोगाउने अभियान लिएर हरेक वर्षको जुन ५ तारिकको दिनमा विश्वभर वातावरण दिवस मनाइन्छ ।
वातावरण हाम्रो लागि एकदम महत्त्वपूर्ण चिज हो। वातावरणबाट हामीले अक्सिजन, खाना, पानी, घाम आदि पाउँछाैँ । वातावरणलाई जोगाउन वनजङ्गल संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ, बाेटबिरुवाहरू रोप्नुपर्छ, खोलानालाहरू सफा राख्नुपर्छ, जथाभावी खनिज पदार्थ निकाल्नु हुँदैन, जथाभावी फोहोर फाल्नु हुँदैन, पुराना गाडीहरू चलाउनु हुँदैन र जनसङ्ख्या नियन्त्रण गर्नुपर्छ ।
वातावरण प्रदूषणले धेरै समस्याहरू आउने गर्दछन् । वातावरण दूषित भयो भने विभिन्न प्रकारका रोगहरू लाग्न सक्छन् । धुवाँ धुलोले गर्दा क्यान्सर, दम जस्ता रोगहरू लाग्न सक्छन् । वनजङ्गल विनाशले अक्सिजनकाे कमी हुने, पानी नपर्ने, गर्मी बढ्ने, पहिरो जाने जस्ता समस्याहरू आउने गर्दछन् ।
वातावरण धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण चिज भएकोले वातावरणलाई जोगाउन र संरक्षण गर्न अति आवश्यक छ। हामीले वातावरण दिवसमा मात्र वातावरण सफा गर्ने होइन कि हामीले हरेक दिन वातावरण सफा गर्नुपर्दछ।
