My school’s name is Sifal Secondary School. My school has a big playground. There is a seesaw, a ball pit, a slide, and other things. I have so much fun playing games at school. I love my school very much. I love my teachers. They teach us Social, Science, Computer, Nepali, Handwriting, Local and Sanskrit.
Today, our class visited the Horticulture Center. There were 4 teachers, 2 drivers, and 44 friends. In my field visit, I saw a very big garden. I saw a beautiful flower in the garden. I saw the trees of oranges, grapes and Kiwi fruit. I enjoyed eating juice and treat biscuit. We clicked photos with friends and teachers. I played with my friends in the park.
Once upon a time, there were two farmers in a village. They were Ram and Hari. One day Ram’s daughter fell sick. There was no hospital nearby. Hari helped Ram to take her to the hospital by bus. Hari helped Ram by lending him some money to treat his daughter. After some time, Hari’s wife suffered from serious diarrhea. They didn't have enough money. Ram helped Hari by lending him some money. In this way, both of the neighbors helped each other in a time of need.

We all love and play sports. We should play because it will make our body fit and strong. Sports keeps us disciplined. Sports are of two types: indoor and outdoor. Chess, boxing, ludo, table tennis are indoor games and football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, swimming are outdoor games. Among all these games, I love to play chess and swimming. Swimming is played in the swimming pool. We need to put on swimming goggles, cap and take a tube for safety. Swimming makes us fit.
Janai Purnima is a Hindu festival celebrated all over the country with family get-togethers and feasts of Kwati. Janai is a cotton string worn across the chest by Hindus. This thread is only given to males during a long and impressive religious ceremony called Bratabandha. Newars of Kathmandu call this festival Gunhi Punhi and they prepare a soup of a mixture of beans called Kwati as special food for the day. Kwati is a nutritious soup made from sprouted beans.
Today, we visited the Horticulture Center of Kirtipur. We saw big gardens of flowers and fruits. We played hide and seek and also swing. We ate our snacks and shared our lunch. We took many pictures. We had so much fun with our friends.
It is the story of when I was in Grade one. One night my sister fell sick. There was only my mother, my younger sister and me at the house. My father had gone to the village. That night my mother called one of the neighboring aunts. She came to my house and my mother went to the hospital with her. I would have been alone but the daughter of that helpful aunt stayed with me. The next morning, the sister made breakfast for me. Their kind act means a lot to us.

We the students of Grade 3 of Sifal Secondary School went for a field visit at the Natural History Museum, Swayambhu. We departed at 9:45 AM from the school and we reached the museum at 10:50 AM. Altogether we were 47 people including 3 teachers, 42 students, and 2 driver uncles. The first thing I noticed after reaching the museum was the big park. My favorite thing to see in the museum was the peacock. I also noticed roses, primula plants, tigers and leopards. I enjoyed a lot in the museum.
Yesterday we celebrated Janai Purnima by eating kwati, tying rakhi to our brothers or sisters. We also tied doro in our hands. Janai Purnima is special for Newars because it is the festival of Newars but everybody celebrates this festival. On this day brothers promise sisters they will always protect their sisters when they are in need.
I went to the coding class on Saturday morning. I came back home at 10:30. I did my homework. I bathed and played with dolls. I watched a Nepali movie. The next morning on Sunday, I went to my grandfather’s house with father and mother. In the afternoon, I went shopping with my mother and aunt. We ate sweets, bara, and lassi at the market. We returned home at 6 o’clock.
