THE TV SHOW F.R.I.E.N.D.S

FRIENDS is a hit American TV series that was first broadcasted on September, 22nd 1994. The show ran for ten years and ten seasons with a total of 236 episodes. Around a thousand actors auditioned for this show, from which seventy-five were shortlisted and ultimately six were finalized. Finally, the main cast on this show was Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green, Courteney Cox as Monica Geller, Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe Buffay, Matt LeBlanc as Joey Tribbiani, Matthew Perry as Chandler Muriel Bing, and David Schwimmer as Ross Geller.

FRIENDS is an amazing series that keeps one addicted to its unique concept and talented actors that bring joy to everyone. This is one of the most popular comedy series of all time and the show is also successful in carrying a huge fan base throughout the globe. The series has won numerous awards and has been nominated for 63 Primetime Emmy Awards. The characters portrayed by the actors were phenomenal and will stay in our hearts forever. The show is about 6 friends who live in Manhattan, New York. They are between 20 and 30 years old. The show revolves around the daily life activities of the 6 main characters. It is about their jobs, relationships, family, and mainly daily life struggles. The reason why FRIENDS is loved by so many people is that people crave that kind of friendship. FRIENDS is not just a series it’s a whole new vibe. The characters feel like family to most of the viewers because they are so emotionally attached to the series.

Almost all episodes were performed in front of 300 fans who were part of the live audience. The advantage of doing this was the writer could get the reactions of the viewers before the show was on air and depending on the reactions writers could make changes in the show on set.

The show finale aired on May 6th, 2004. But FRIENDS REUNION arrived on the 27th of May, 2021. HBO Max refers to the reunion as a “real-life unscripted celebration” of the official TV series. The protagonist will be reunited again, be on the set again, surprise people and share behind-the-scenes highlights, but they will not portray their original role. So, Friends, the reunion is without a script. The long-awaited and highly anticipated FRIENDS reunion will be held on HBO Max this month, and fans are going crazy over it.

Westerners supporting Terrorists

The ceasefire between Israel-Hamas went into effect on Friday, May 21. It ended the 11-day conflict in the Middle East. The death toll is estimated to be over 250. The conflict started escalating after Palestinian “Dictator” President Mahmoud Abbas suspended the planned elections and blamed Israel for interfering in the voting process. At last, the terrorist organization and also the ruling party in Gaza fired rockets into Israel, and retaliation followed soon. 

        But these types of conflicts are nothing new and happen once every five or ten years. The surprising thing is the growing Western support for violent and radical elements within the Palestinian society. It seems as if the shifting of political ideologies to the left makes people more peace-loving. But peace comes with the feeling of coexistence between different ethnic groups which in this case are Jews and Arabs/Palestinians. But how is peace possible when one side wants to exterminate the other. Hamas’s representatives openly acknowledge on TWITTER that they want to kill all the Jews and they use the humanitarian fund provided to them for rebuilding infrastructure instead to buy weapons and teach their children to hate Jews. Terrorist groups like Hamas are elected by the Palestinians and their growing popularity suggests that the normal Palestinians are getting more radicalized. Hamas proclaims Jihad against Jews and other oppressors which should be a familiar term to Americans and Europeans. How is it possible to forget terrorist attacks done in the name of Jihad like 9/11, Boston Marathon bombing, Brussels bombing,2015 Paris attacks,2005 London bombings, and the list goes on?

 There might be many causes for this change in sentiment. But we shouldn't care about the people who don't understand human behavior, societal structure and want to embrace victimhood.

समय र परिवर्तन

समयकाे मतलब बेला हाे र समय फर्केर आउँदैन । मानिस बालकबाट बुढाे हुन धेरै समय लाग्दैन । परिवर्तन पनि राम्राे र नराम्राे हुन्छ । सबै कुरामा परिवर्तन हुन्छ । त्यसका पनि कारणहरू हुन्छन् । समयअनुसार मानिस परिवर्तन हुन्छ र त्याे समयमा हामीले धेरै कु्राहरू अनुभव गर्छाैं । त्याे समय मानिसका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ किनकि मानिसले आफ्नै बारेमा धेरै कुराहरू सिक्न पाउँछाैँ र नयाँ अनुभव हुन्छ । समयअनुसार सबै कुराहरू परिवर्तन हुन्छन् र परिवर्तन हुनु पनि पर्छ । परिवर्तन भएन भने विकास हुँदैन ।

परिवर्तनकै कारण मानिसले नयाँ कुराहरू प्राप्त गरेकाे छ । परिवर्तन नभएकाे भए हामीले जीवनमा धेरै कुरा अनुभव गर्न पाउँदैनथ्याैँ । समयको पालना गरेर आज संसारमा मानिसहरूले परिवर्तन ल्याका छन् । समय र परिवर्तन भएन भने संसार अगाडि बढ्न सक्दैन । सबै कुरामा समय लाग्छ र त्यही समयमा परिवर्तन हुन्छ । समय बुझ्ने मानिसले  जीवनमा सफलता पाउँछ ।

परिवर्तनलाई सहज रूपमा स्वीकार गरी समयअनुसार चल्न सकेमात्र हामीले सफलता प्राप्त गर्न सक्छाैँ । त्यसैले परिवर्तित समयअनुसार चल्नु नै आजकाे आवश्यकता हाे ।

त्रिशूल जात्रा

भगवान् पशुपतिनाथ विराजमान पशुपति क्षेत्रलाई  देउपाटन पनि भनिन्छ । देउपाटन अर्थात् पशुपति क्षेत्रमा बच्छलेश्वरी जात्रा, शिवरात्रि, बालाचतुर्दशी, गङ्गामाई जात्रा,  टिक्किछा जात्रा, त्रिशूल जात्रा, नवदुर्गा जात्रा, जनै पूर्णिमा, रोपाइँ जात्राजस्ता विभिन्न जात्राहरू मनाइने गरिन्छन् । 

यी जात्राहरूमध्ये त्रिशूल जात्रा एउटा छुट्टै रूपमा मानाइने जात्रा हाे । त्रिशूल जात्रामा दस वर्षभन्दा मुनिका बच्चाहरूलाई खटमा उत्तानो पारेर राखेर घुमाइन्छ । यो जात्रामा विशेष  गरेर महर्जन अथवा डङ्गोल जातिका बच्चाहरूलाई घुमाउने गरिन्छ । यो जात्रा गर्नुमा पनि एउटा रोचक किंवदन्ती छ । उहिले उहिले राक्षसहरू तल कालोपुलबाट सिफल चउरमा आएर खेल्ने गर्थे रे । यसरी खेल्न आउने राक्षसहरूले पशुपति क्षेत्रका बच्चाहरू मारेर खान्थे  रे । यस्तै गरी राक्षसहरूले जहिल्यै आएर बच्चा खान थाले र अति धेरै नै भएपछि यहाँका बासिन्दाहरूले पनि सल्लाह गरेर कसै गरी भए पनि ती राक्षसका बच्चाहरू समातेर  उनीहरूलाई सवक सिकाउने भनेछन् । अनि यहाँका बासिन्दाहरूले ती राक्षसका बच्चाहरूलाई समातेर त्रिशूलले पेटमा घोपेर खटमा राखेर ती राक्षसहरूकाे ठाउँमा पुर्याए रे । त्यसपछिबाट ती राक्षसहरूले दु:ख दिन छोडे भन्ने किंवदन्ती छ । 

त्यस किंवदन्तीअनुसार आज पनि जात्रामा तीनजना बच्चाहरूलाई खटमा उतानो पारेर पेटमा त्रिशूल आकारका साङ्केतिक त्रिशूल रोपेर खटमा राखेर सिफल चौरदेखि तल पिपलबोटसम्म लगेर घुमाएर त्यहाँबाट पशुपति भुवनेश्वरसम्म जात्रा गर्दै बाजागाजासहित धुमधामले मनाइन्छ । यो जात्राको आर्को रमाइलो पक्ष भनेको यो जात्राको खट घुमाइन्जेल सहरवासीहरूलाई गाली गर्ने परम्परा पनि छ । यो गाली अलि अश्लील त हुन्छ तर मान्छेहरू यसमै रमाई हाँसिरहेका हुन्छन् किनकि यो हाम्रो परम्परा हो । 

त्रिशूल जात्रा आषाढ महिनाको कृष्णपक्षका अष्टमीको दिनमा मनाइन्छ । यो जात्रा हुनुभन्दा  चार दिनअघि नै जात्रामा सहभागी हुने बालकहरूलाई नुहाईधुवाई चोखो गरी गुफा राखेको जस्तै गरी जयवागीश्वरीकाे त्रिशूल जात्रा निकाल्ने सत्तलमा थुनेर राखिन्छ । चार दिनपछि  उक्तः बालकहरूलाई सिँगारपटार गरी राम्रो बनाई खटमा राख्छन् । खटमा राख्दा पनि बच्चाहरूलाई झ्यालबाट बाहिर सिधै खटमा बाँध्छन् । यसरी तीनजनै बच्चाहरूलाई पालैपालो झ्यालबाट निकालेर खटमा बाँधिसकेपछि बाजागाजासहित जात्रा अघि बढाइन्छ ।

Life is precious

We have always been listening to everyone around us say "Life is precious". We have grown listening to this one particular line. But I had never sat down and thought for a second, why is life so precious. But, when our country was hit again by the second wave of coronavirus, I pondered and started believing that life is really precious. 
We all know that we only live once but instead of living happily and focusing on ourselves, we are always busy comparing ourselves with other people. We never know when our last day on this beautiful earth will be. Now, when we see thousands of coronavirus cases increasing rapidly it's even scarier and makes us think what if I die in this pandemic? Thousands of people are being affected by a coronavirus. People are isolating themselves and waiting eagerly for their test to come negative and finally hug their loved ones, but instead, some are losing their lives. People who were healthy and enjoying their lives like just a month ago, until their tests were positive are dying. Patients are not getting beds, oxygen cylinders, and proper treatments that are required for them to get better. These days, we don't even want to listen to the news anymore nor do we want to listen to ambulance sirens passing through the roads of our house. Coronavirus has definitely taught us that nothing is permanent. We find happiness going to malls, cinema halls but the only place that is safe in our home. It has taught us to spend quality time with our family instead of scrolling through Instagram, Facebook feeds. 
We are gifted with this beautiful life only once. Let's try to get satisfied with whatever we have. Let's stop complaining about everything we are unsatisfied with. Let’s stop worrying and live in the moment.

‘जीवन काँडा कि फूल’ नामक पुस्तककी लेखिका झमककुमारी घिमिरे हुन् । उनको जन्म विक्रम संवत् २०३७ असार १ गते धनकुटा जिल्लाको कचिँडे गाउँमा भएको हो । पिता श्रीकृष्णबहादुर र माता आशादेवी घिमिरेको प्रथम सन्तानका रूपमा उनले यस धर्तीमा पाइला टेकेकी हुन् । जन्मजात पक्षघात रोगबाट पीडित उनले जीवनमा थुप्रै सङ्घर्ष र दु:ख भोग्नुपर्‍यो । उनका जीवन काँडा कि फूललगायत आफ्नै चिता अग्निशिखातिर, पर्दा, समय र मान्छेहरूजस्ता थुप्रै पुस्तकहरू प्रकाशित छन् । उनका रचनाहरूमा नेपाली सामाजिक संस्कार र तीनका खराब पक्षहरूमाथि औँला उठाएको पाइन्छ । ‘जीवन काँडा कि फूल’ मदन पुरस्कार जित्न सफल पुस्तक हो ।  

यो पुस्तक झमककुमारी घिमिरेद्वरा लिखित एक आत्मजीवनीपरक निबन्ध हो । यसको सुरुवात उनका बाल्यकालका सम्झनाहरूबाट हुन्छ । यसमा उनले समस्याग्रस्त बाल्यजीवन र अक्षर चिन्न तथा लेख्न गरेको सङ्घर्षलाई उतारेकी  छिन् । धुलो फुकेर 'क' लेखेको र बिस्तारै गोडाका  बुढी र चोर औँलाले च्यापेको सिन्काले धुलोमा लेख्ने अभ्यास गर्दै आफ्नो तरिका, युक्ति, कडा साधनाले नै अक्षर लेख्न सिकेको कुरा बताएकी छिन् । उनले आफ्नो जीवनका तिस वर्षसम्मका अनुभवहरू यहाँ वर्णन गरेकी  छिन् । झमकलाई पनि आफ्ना भाइबहिनीहरूले जस्तै कजगमा पेन्सिल वा कलमले लेख्न मन लाग्थ्यो । रातभर घाँसमा परेको शीत बिहान कचौरामा बटुलेर त्यसमा गोडाको औँला ढुङ्गामा घोटेर रगत बग्थ्यो तर उनी त्यसका पर्वाह गर्दैनथिन् । दिदीको प्रयासमा बहिनी मिनाले पनि पुराना कापी र पेन्सिल सुटुक्क दिएर आत्मबल बढाइदिइन् । यसरी उनी गोडाको बुढी औँला र चोर औँलाले पेन्सिल च्यापेर कापीमा लेख्न थालिन् । यसकाे बारेमा पनि उनले आफ्नो बहुचर्चित पुस्तक ‘जीवन काँडा कि फूल’ मा वर्णन गरेकी छिन् ।  

शिक्षालयमा कहिल्यै पाइला नहालेकी झमकले लेखेको यो पुस्तक धेरै स्तरीय र बौद्धिक चिन्तनयुक्त छ । जन्मजात मस्तिष्क पक्षघात रोगबाट पीडित उनले आफूलाई अरूजस्तै सक्षम बनाउन निकै सङ्घर्ष गर्नुपरेको कुरा बताएकी छिन् । अरूको कुरा सुन्ने र बुझ्ने झमक कसैलाई मुखले जवाफ दिन सक्दिनन् । उनलाई साहित्यिक क्षेत्रमा चर्चित बनाउन उनको परिवारका तीन नारीको महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका छ । ती तीन नारीहरू उनकी आमा, हजुरआमा र बहिनी हुन् । उनले जीवन काँडा कि फूलमा सबैको चर्चा गरेकी छन् । यसरी यस किताबमा उनका जीवनका सुखदु:खको चित्रण गरेको पाइन्छ ।  

याे पुस्तकले हामीलाई जीवनको सही परिभाषा सिकाउँछ । अत: यो किताब सबैले एकचाेटि पढ्नैपर्छ ।

Impact of Music in Entertainment Shows

Think back to your favourite moment of your favourite show. What do you remember about it? Surely, it could be the thrills you felt, the tears you wept and the joy you experienced. All of the senses were elated, making it a most memorable experience. Now I ask you to think hard, do you remember the music that was played? 9/10 people don’t realize what music was playing during the scene. Doesn’t this suggest that the music was insignificant? Quite contrarily, that’s the beauty of it. Enhancing the calibre of a show while so few will realize its existence is not a small feat. I guarantee that if the choice of the music, its composition, theme, whatever it might be was bad, it would’ve destroyed the experience. I daresay it could even be the worst scene. Basically what I want to talk about is the impact of music, be it an OST or a song in a show, how it affects it.

When you think about an action packed show, say ‘The Avengers’, all you remember is the fights and the hype that it brought. But once you remove the music element of it, suddenly it just resembles a backstreet fight. There would be no tension, no thrill, no impact. More examples can be seen a lot in Japanese anime. One of which I’d like to talk about is titled ‘Megalo Box’, which is a boxing show heavily influenced by its music . The soundtrack of the show is gorgeous and enhances the show tenfold. The already action packed show was further hyped up. Furthermore, the timing to play the music was impeccable. It always gives that thrill, waiting for one more punch to land. And I believe all of this was due to the music.

For those people who don’t indulge in the action side of the media, surely have heard about “Titanic”, the famous James Cameron movie which is, to this day, hailed as one of the best in the history of entertainment. I said before that music helps hype up a show and give it more spice. Conversely, it makes a scene more emotional. Taking “Titanic” as an example, many people who watched the movie cried, especially during the climax. But what made it so tear-jerking? One would say that it was because of the heart-breaking scene of Jack and Rose’s final goodbye. However, I would like to add that the final song, the final music that the band played, until the Titanic sank, made me feel more immersed. Yes, the Jack and Rose scene was the highlight of the scene, but what captivated me more was the music. If it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t have been so immersed in the scene.

Long story short, every show is heavily influenced by its music. Sad shows can be made sadder, action shows can be given more thrill, even mysteries can get more exciting if the correct music is played. More often than not, people complain about a scene if there is bad music played because it ruins their viewing experience. But when it is done perfectly, it subtly blends with the show, seeming non-existent but surely enhancing the show. And that is its beauty. In the end, being able to create a  big impact is not something that can be achieved easily, but it is something that music has done beautifully.

काेभिड काेभिड भनेकाे सुन्दा सुन्दा पागल हुने बेला भइसक्यो है ? यो काेभिड एकदमै डरलाग्दो रोग हो र यो सरुवा रोग हो तर यसलाई हामीले सजिलैसँग निको पार्न सक्छौँ । हामी अहिले यो विषम परिस्थितिमा घरमै बसेका छौँ । हामीले अहिले घरमै बसेर यो रोगबाट बच्नुपर्दछ । 

अझ हामीले त अहिले के के सुनिरहेका छौँ । मैले अस्ति घरमै हुँदा यसो फेसबुक हेर्दै गर्दा के देखेँ भने अक्सिजन सकियाे भनेर लेखेको रहेछ अनि मलाई यो देखेर बडो हाँसो लाग्यो । मैले मनमनै सोचेँ, यसलाई, यो लेख्ने मान्छेलाई गएर सोध्नुपर्ने "हजुर कसरी बाँच्नुभएको छ ?" जस्तो लाग्यो । खास गरी त्यो सूचना चाहिँ अक्सिजन हाल्ने  सिलिन्डरको अभाव भएको सूचना थियाे । अनि मलाई यस्तो देखेर डर लाग्यो । साेचेँ, अब यस्तै सूचना आउने हो भने त मानिसहरू त यत्तिकै मानसिक पीडाले मर्छन् । अनि अहिले सामाजिक सञ्जालमा के आइरहेकाे छ भने भदौसम्म ४५ हजारजना मर्छन् रे । हे भगवान् ! कसरी थाहा भयो के यस्तो कुरा ? यदि थाहा पाउने भएको भए त कोरोना आइरको छ भनेर किन नभनेको त ? यदि त्यो भनेको भए पहिले नै सुरक्षित भइने थियो, हैन र ? कोरोना डरलाग्दो छ, म यो मान्छु तर जे पायाे त्यही खबर प्रकाशित गरेर झन् मान्छे मार्न खोजेको हो ? म के भन्न चाहन्छु भने कोरोना लागेको व्यक्तिलाई हामी प्रेरणा दिऊँ नकि तिनीहरूको हौसला कम गरौँ । हामी एक भएर लड्न सक्यौँ भने हामीले यो रोगलाई जित्न सक्छौँ । 

अब मानिसहरू घर बस्दा बस्दा वाक्क भइसकेका छन् । म के भन्छु भने हामी अब ती सबै विज्ञानले ल्याएका सुविधाहरू बन्द गरेर सबै काम आफैँ गरौँ र आफ्नो आत्मबल बलियो पारौँ । हामीले जे पायाे त्यही सूचनाहरू नहेरौँ तर चाहिने कुराहरू सबै माझ पुर्याउने कोसिस गरौँ । नानाथरीका सूचनाहरू पढेर हाम्रो मानसिकता नै बिग्रिसकेको छ । अब अलिकति रुघाखोकी लाग्दा पनि हामी तर्सेर कमजोर भइरहेका छौँ । हामीले योग गर्नुपर्छ अनि घर बस्दा सबै काम आफैँ गर्नुपर्छ । अहिले त हामी खाली छौँ त्यसैले सबै काम आफैँ गर्नुपर्छ र केही दिनका लागि हामीले विज्ञानले ल्याएका लुगा धुने मेसिनजस्ता समानहरू नचलाएर आफैँ धोऔँ अनि आफूलाई सक्केसम्म व्यस्त राखाैँ जसले गर्दा हाम्रो दिमागले नानाथरीका कुराहरू खेलाउन सक्दैन ।

Benefits of Early Rising

“Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”-Benjamin franklin. This common proverb in English advocates the best idea to gain on health and wealth. But in this modern era, people prefer late night and late rise. Is it good for your health? Well, ubiquitously know that health is wealth. A person who does possess sound health can do everything in life.  If a person wants to be healthy, he should maintain various things from the entire surrounding quite congenial. The first and foremost thing is sleep.
People feel quite monotonous and can no longer do the same work actively and effectively for the long run. One needs proper sleep, rest, and recreation to refresh his mood and progress their work in an effective way. And it is sound sleep that brushes up one's mood. Early to bed habits can erase apathy and sterilize the working caliber and stamina. Because of this fact, one of the scholars said “sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our body together”.
Some people claim that they can study well at night and enjoy late-night and late rise but this is quite wrong in the view of the hygienists and scientists. And definitely, those habits can ruin our health in the long term.
Early rising does have numerous advantages. There is no disturbance to work in the fresh mood in the morning. The environment at dawn is very cool, quiet, relaxed, and fresh. The early riser can enjoy the beauty of nature, the lovely chirp of birds, and the calm environment.  The works are done in the fresh morning and with revitalized hands always yield good harvests. Furthermore, he can do physical exercise in the fresh morning air. So, his mind remains always invigorating, revitalized, or energized.
Therefore, the first and foremost requisite is our good health. A person sans good health can do nothing no matter how educated and efficient he/she is. Hence, we all should develop a habit of early rising to maintain good health.

कोरोनाको दोस्रो लहर

हेर्दा हेर्दै कोरोनाले हाम्रो देशलाई फेरि रुवायो । एक वर्षअगाडि पनि विश्वव्यापी रूपमा नै कोरोना फैलिएको थियो । तर अहिले जस्तो असर गरेको भने थिएन । अहिले दैनिक करिब हजारको सङ्ख्यामा कोरोनाका सङ्क्रमितहरू थपिदैं गएका छन् । दिन प्रतिदिन सयौँ मानिसहरू अक्सिजन नपाएर मरिरहेका छन्।

अवस्था निकै जटिल बन्दै गएकाले देशमा पुनः लकडाउन गरिएकाे छ । अस्पतालहरूमा बेड छैनन् । अक्सिजनकाे अभावमा दैनिक २०० भन्दा धेरै व्यक्तिहरूले ज्यान गुमाइरहेका छन् । केही दिनअगि पि सी आर को नतिजा दिनमा करिब ५० प्रतिशत पोजिटिभ देखिएकाे थियो। अस्पतालमा बेडको कमी हुँदा कोरोनाका सङ्क्रमणले मानिसले ज्यान त गुमाए नै  अरू रोगको उपचार नपाएर पनि धेरै जनाले ज्यान गुमाउनु परेकाे तिताे यथार्थ कसरी बिर्सन सकिन्छ र ? हाल देशमा लकडाउन छ । लकडाउनले गर्दा हिजोआज कोरोना सङ्क्रमण महामारी केही हदसम्म नियन्त्रणमा आएको छ । यस महामारीमा विभिन्न विकसित देशले हाम्रो देशलाई केही स्वास्थ्य सामग्री तथा अक्सिजन सहयोग गरेका छन् । भारतबाट १० लाख र चीनबाट ८ लाख कोरोना भ्याक्सिन आएपछि १८ वर्ष माथिकाले यो भ्याक्सिन लगाएका छन्  । अमेरिकाले १० हजार पि. पि. इ. र किटका साथै, अन्य स्वास्थ्य सामग्री सहयाेग गरेकाे छ। 

पहिलाे डाेज काेराेना भ्याक्सिन लगाएका मानिस हाल दाेस्राे डाेज लगाउने तयारीमा छन् । काेराेनासँग हार मानेर हाेइन मनाेबल उच्च पारेर यसलाई परास्त गर्नुपर्छ । यस्तो समयमा सकारात्मक सोच्नु राख्नुपर्छ ।  स्वास्थ्य सावधानी अपनाएर सुरक्षित बस्नुपर्दछ । पक्कै पनि हामीले सावधानी अपनाउने हो भने छिट्टै कोरोनालाई जित्न सक्छौं।

हामी सबैले कहिलेकाहीँ निराश वा उदास महसुस गर्छौँ । उदासीपन र निरस यस्तो भावना हो जुन टाढा जाँदैन । उदासी भावना व्यक्तिमा हप्तौँहप्ता बस्न सक्छ र यसले दैनिक गतिविधिहरूमा भाग लिनबाट व्यक्तिको क्षमतालाई हस्तक्षेप गर्दछ । मानसिक चिन्ताले मानसिक अवस्था, दृष्टिकोण, विचार र व्यवहारलाई असर गर्छ । यसले थकान, भोक हराउने, टाउको दुख्ने र निद्रा हराउने जस्तो समस्यालाई पनि निम्त्याउँछ । उदासी व्यक्तिले प्राय विश्वलाई नकारात्मक नजरले देख्दछन् । उनीहरुलाई कसैले प्रेम नगरेको र उनीहरू आफूलाई बेकारमा  बाँचिरहेको जस्तो महसुस गर्छन् । उनीहरूलाई कसैले वास्ता नगर्दा एक्लो महसुस गर्ने र उनीहरूमा  नकारात्मक काम गर्ने सोच आउँछ । 

एक्लोपनलाई मानसिक चिन्ताको मुख्य कारण मान्न सकिन्छ । जब मानिसलाई एक्लोपन महसुस हुन्छ उसको दिमाग र मनमा विभिन्न नचाहिने साेचाइ आउँछ । यस्तो बेलामा मृत्युको सोच पनि आउने गर्छ । तसर्थ हामीले कुनै व्यक्तिलाई एक्लो देख्यौँ भने  त्यस्ताे अवस्थामा उसको एक्लोपनको साथी बन्ने गरौँ । हाम्राे सानो सहयाेगले उसको दिमागमा रहेको नकारात्मक कुरा हट्न सक्छ । 

मानसिक तनाव भएको व्यक्तिलाई कसरी चिन्ने :

१.  गहिरो उदासी वा निराश महसुस

२.  ऊर्जाको अभाव

३.  चिन्ता र आतङ्ककाे अवस्था

४.  जीवन र संसारप्रति नकारात्मक विचार

५.  साथीहरू र परिवारबाट एक्लिएकाे महसुस

६.  आत्महत्या गर्ने विचार
