एउटी सुन्दरी परी हौ तिमी, तिमी मेरो मात्र हैन,

अमेरिका महादेशमा खेलिने फुटबलको प्रतियोगिता, जसमा उत्तर अमेरिका र दक्षिण अमेरिकाका सबै देशले भाग लिने गरेका छन्, त्यसलाई कोपा अमेरिका भनिन्छ । कोपा अमेरिकाको आयोजना दक्षिण अमेरिकी फुटबलकाे नियमनकारी निकाय CONMEBOL ले गर्ने गरेको छ । कोपा अमेरिका हरेक दुई वर्षमा हुने गरेको भए पनि कहिलेकाहीँ एक वर्षकाे अन्तरालमा पनि आयाेजना हुने गरेकाे छ । 

मौलिक रूपमा कोपा अमेरिका सन् २०२० मा अर्जेन्टिनामा हुनु पर्ने थियो तर कोरोन महामारीको कारण २०२० मा हुन सकेन । त्यही भएर कोपा अमेरिका यस वर्ष २०२१ मा ब्राजिलमा भइरहेकाे छ । सन् २०२१ को कोपा अमेरिका जुन १३ देखि जुलाई १० सञ्चालन हुन्छ । यस प्रतियोगितामा १० ओटा देशहरूले भाग लिने गरेका छन् । १० ओटा देशमध्ये ८ ओटा देश कोपा अमेरिकाको लामो इतिहासमा विजेता भएका छन् । उरुग्वे यस प्रतियाेगितामा सबैभन्दा सफल देश रहेको छ । उरुग्वेले १५ पटक उपाधि जितेकाे छ भने अर्जेन्टिना १४ पटक विजय हासिल गरेर दोस्रो सफल देशका रूपमा रहेको छ ।          

अर्जेन्टिनाले यो प्रतियोगिता १६ पटक आयोजना गरेको छ भने उरुग्वेले ७ र चिलेले ६ पटक आयाेजना गरेका छन् । सन् २०१६ मा उत्तर अमेरिकाको देश अमेरिकाले याे प्रतियाेगिता आयोजना गरेको थियो । प्रतियोगिताको लामो इतिहासमा लगातार ३ पटक  जित्न सफल देश भने अर्जेन्टिना र उरुग्वे मात्र रहेका छन् । सन् २०१९ मा ब्राजिलले पेरुलाई फाइनल खेलमा ३-१ गाेल अन्तरले हराउँदै यो प्रतियोगिता जित्यो । 

हिजाेबाट सुरु भएको प्रतियोगिता लियाेनल मेस्सी, लुइस सुआरेज तथा अरू केही महान् खेलाडीहरूका लागि अन्तिम हुन सक्छ । कोपा अमेरिकाका खेलहरू नेपाली समयअनुसार बिहान २:४५, ५:४५ र ७ :४५ बजे हुने गरेका छन् । बिहान चाँडै उठ्ने नेपालीहरूले यस प्रतियोगिताको मजा लिने छन् ।

I had a different idea regarding animals back then, I used to think that animals cannot be a member of the human family but once I brought a dog home, my whole idea turned out to be a false one. Dogs are closely associated with family members, they act like absolute members of a family, they do things that are good for the family as well as remove boredom from a household. They entertain, bring happiness and joy to the family. The satisfaction that you get by playing with your pet is unmatchable.

Dogs can make our lives better. They contribute to our health by encouraging us to do exercise and also enhance our mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. If you own a dog in your house then you are lucky enough, they are very friendly and protective to the child as well as other members of the family. Living alone far away from family is scary unless you own a dog they never let you feel lonely. If you own a dog, you might know that taking a step out of the house for a walk is the best thing. Taking your dog for a walk will encourage you to interact more with people outside. Having trust issues is not a good sign. It can harm your social life but owning a pet such as a dog can solve this problem. Dogs are very loyal and trustworthy. They teach you the importance of trust and duty in life.

As we know, everything has both advantages and disadvantages. Owning a dog also has some major disadvantages. Owning a dog can disturb your neighbor. If a person owns a dog, it is his responsibility to take care of his pet. Pets such as dogs decrease cleanliness in a household, they try to eat everything, they lose their body hair which is not good for people who are around the dog. And, there is the financial aspect. The owner needs to provide fresh and healthy food. There should be a regular checkup. Because of these reasons, owning a pet can be a financially difficult decision.

To conclude, Yes, owning a dog can be a difficult decision. It has both advantages and disadvantages. But, supporting an animal that does not have any financial or other benefits for you and that does not expect anything in return is the noblest thing you could do.
 

“What seems to us as bitter trials are often blessings in disguise.”, This quote from Oscar Wilde, A well-renowned poet and playwright perfectly summarize the depth of the topic. We often look at other people with jealousy when we see they harbor traits that may seem like an advantage, may it be a well-built body, tall height, or intellectual capabilities, we feel that we are disadvantaged, and often pity our own fate. This happens to everyone, me and you. Everyone feels guilty about such activity. However is it really so? Our Advantages and Disadvantages real? What may seem like an advantage to one could very possibly be a disadvantage to the other, similarly what may seem like a tragic event or disadvantage could quite possibly be a blessing in disguise. To further explain my points I will tell a story,

Once upon a time in a Chinese village, there lived an honest and hardworking farmer, the farmer was not wealthy, he used to harvest crops in his field, sold any extra, and made little income. The Farmer had a young son, who was around 18 years old. One Day one of his horses escaped from the stable and ran to the jungle, after the sad event all the villagers gathered together around his home and said to him, “That’s too bad” and the farmer replied “Maybe”, the next morning, the escaped horse returned with two beautiful wild horses, once again All the villagers gathered around his house and said to him “That’s Wonderful”, In a silent voice he whispered “Maybe”. The same evening his son was trying to tame one of the wild horses, The Son fell off the horse and broke his leg. The Villagers gathered around his house once more and said, “Oh, That's too bad ”, with a smirk on his face the farmer replied “Maybe”. The following day, an Army general stopped by the village and started to take the youths of the village to join the army, Since his son was physically impaired(disadvantaged) they did not take him, Once again the villagers gathered around his house and said to him “That's Wonderful”, he as always with calm demeanor replied “Maybe”. From the story, we conclude that there are no good events or bad events, but only events rather Good and Bad depending on the viewer who is observing the event. What may feel like a painful, sad, and depressing event could be a blessing in disguise. 

The same can be said about Advantages and Disadvantages. Advantages and Disadvantages have a  subjective meaning, whether a condition is an advantage or a disadvantage solely depends on the individual or the observer's context or perspective.

सहरिया जीवनमा सुख, शान्ति सबै किसिमका सुविधा भए तापनि यहाँको वातावरण धुलो, धुवाँ आदिले प्रदूषित भएको कारण गाउँको जीवन कठिन भए पनि बस्न लायक छ । अहिलेको विषम परिस्थितिमा सहरमा कोरोनाको प्रभाव बढी देखिएको छ । मानिसहरूको चाप र भिडभाडको कारण कोरोना सहरमा अलि बढी देखियो । गाउँमा सतर्कता नभए तापनि भिडभाड कम भएको हुदाँ अलि सहज भएको हो ।

गाउँमा सबै कुरा राम्रो भएको कारण हामी हाम्रो गाउँमा बस्नुपर्छ । गाउँको जीवनमा सहरको जीवनको तुलनामा बढी खुसी मिल्छ । यी दुईबिच तुलना गर्दा हामी दुवैका धेरै सकारात्मक र नकारात्मक पक्ष भेट्न सक्छौँ तर जुन ठाउँमा सकारात्मक पक्ष बढी र नकारात्मक पक्ष कम हुन्छ, त्यही ठाउँमा बस्नु उचित हुन्छ ।
 

What are feelings? Why do we have feelings? What happens during an emotion? How do you figure out which emotion you are feeling? Have you ever felt happy, sad, angry, or afraid? How about being jealous, ashamed, or embarrassed? Almost everybody might have these different questions in their mind from time to time, and they can have a big effect on the way people think and act. Though these ideas seem to be petty ones that toddlers ask but deep down we can’t answer these questions easily, for that we need to ponder and have some perspectives. Feelings form out to have a complex world as human beings' experiences enhance.
What are feelings?
The concept of feeling is related to emotion. In psychology, feelings are the events that the body perceives and are closely related to emotions. The action is perceived through the senses which stimulate it, which are not referred to as special organs. Feelings are important to understand human behavior, overall human beings. 
Why do we have feelings?
 Scientists discovered that people tend to have different emotions when they experience situations that have different thoughts. For instance, some people may feel sad and angry when they think about a certain situation, while others may feel happy and excited.
What happens during an emotion?
When emotions are triggered, various parts of the brain then automatically change. These changes can happen even without conscious awareness. Some of these muscles can also become sensitive to emotional signals. For instance, if you’re happy, your voice might become more excited.
How do you figure out which emotion you are feeling?
After having an emotional reaction, we often want to understand what we were feeling. Understanding these feelings can help us improve our behavior. When you notice that something is wrong with you, it still takes a bit of time to figure out which emotion you are feeling. For instance, if you are feeling afraid, then it might be because you believe that a lion could hurt you. Knowing what you are feeling can help you to manage your emotions and solve problems. It can also help you to learn how to handle similar situations in the future.
Summary
Understanding emotions can help you understand others. For example if you have seen people get angry and sad in a situation, you probably think that they are reacting in a different way than you are. The reason they are reacting in a different way is that they have had different life experiences. To understand human beings and their emotions we need to understand their feelings. That will be the only way which can help us to dig into the idea about feelings as this idea is complicated as feelings grow in the course of time from simple to complex.

कथित राजनीतिज्ञहरू आफ्नाे फाइदाका लागि संविधानमा नभएको नियम कानुन पनि टुक्राटाक्री नियमलाई जाेडेर रातभरमा नयाँ नियम बनाउँछन् अनि सारै दु:खलाग्दाे कुरा जब गरिब र आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएका साधरण जनताकाे लागि आवश्क हुन्छ; फेरि रातभरमै त्यस्ताे नियम नभएको पुष्टि गरिदिन्छन् । वाह ! गजब छ, मेराे देशकाे राजनीतिक चलखेल । र याे पनि राजनीतिक अपराधीकरण हाे, जसलाई अझै हामीले बुझ्न सकिरहेका छैनाैँ । 

आफ्नो देश, आफ्नाे जन्मभूमि र आफ्नै जनताका लागि नियम बनाउँदा पनि अन्य मुलुककाे दस चाेटि सल्लाह सुझाब चाहिने मेराे देशकाे दयनीय राजनीतिकाे घिनलाग्दाे चलखेललाई जब कसैकाे जीवन बाँच्ने र बचाउने कुरा आउँछ, तब त्यस्तो अधिकार भने पटक्कै छैन रे । जानी नजानी हामी राजनीतिक अपराधीकै कारण बली चढिरहेका छाैँ । यस्ताेमा राजनीति स्वच्छ हुने आशा राख्नु र सूर्यलाई हत्केलाले छेक्न खाेज्नु एउटै हाे ।

यसरी राजनीतिक अपराधीकरणबाट देशकै विनाश हुने गर्छ । त्यसैले देशविकासमा त्यागी नेताकाे आवश्यकता छ र त्याे हुनका लागि हामीले नै सचेत भएर नेता छनाेट गर्नुपर्छ । तीनपाने र दुई थाल मासुभातमा बिकेर हाेइन; सचेत भएर नेता छान्नुपर्छ ताकि नयाँ नेपाल साँच्चै नयाँ नेपालजस्तै हाेओस्, जहाँ ‘नेपालकाे राजनीति’ शब्द उच्चारण गर्दा धृणा हाेइन; गर्व उत्पन्न हाेओस् ।
 

यस एकाइसौँ शताब्दीमा मानिसहरू एक अर्काको सहाराबिना बाँच्न सक्दैनन् । कुनै काम परेमा अरूको सहयोग पाउँदा त्यो काम सजिलो लाग्छ र छिटो पनि सकिन्छ । मानिसहरू आफ्नो पीडा, खुसी व्यक्त नगरी पनि बस्न खोज्दैनन् । त्यसैले यी सबै कुराको लागि साथी हुनु सार्है जरुरी छ ।

साथीसँग हामी जस्तो कुरा पनि ढुक्क भएर गर्न सक्छौँ । जीवनमा केही आइलगिहाल्यो भने साथीहरू जहिले पनि हामीलाई सहयोग गर्न तयार हुन्छन् । साथीहरू जति बनायाे त्यति नै फाइदा हुने मानिन्छ । जीवनमा जे पनि सम्भव हुन्छ, जब एउटा राम्रो साथी हाम्रो साथमा हुन्छ । हामीले जीवनमा रमाइलो गर्ने भनेकै आफ्नै उमेरका साथीहरूसँग हो किनभने साथीहरू पनि हाम्रो जस्तै एकै किसिमको नै जीवन बिताइरहेका हुन्छन् । धेरै कुरा मिल्ने भएर नै साथीहरूको कुरा मिल्छ र अनजान व्यक्तिहरू साथी बन्न पुग्छन् । एउटा असल साथीले जीवनको कठिन समयमा पनि आफ्नो साथीलाई मद्दत गर्न चाहन्छ । साथीहरूसँग धेरै कुराहरू बाँड्न सकिन्छ । मित्रता भनेको जति लम्बियो, त्यति नै बलियो र शक्तिशाली हुँदै जान्छ । धेरै वर्ष साथी भएका मान्छेहरू आफ्नो बारेमा भन्दा साथीको बारेमा बढी कुरा थाहा पाउँछन् । उनीहरू एक अर्काको कुरा पनि सजिलै बुझ्छन् । यस्तो हुँदा कुराहरू आरामै सल्टाउन सकिन्छ । साथीहरू सँगै हुँदा हामीलाई कसैको डर हुँदैन । साथीसँग हुँदा धेरै रमाइलो हुन्छ । हामीलाई अल्छी लाग्दा साथीहरू आएर नै हाम्रो उत्सुकता बढाउँछन्, हामीमा जाँगर भर्छन् ।

यस जीवनमा पैसाभन्दा ठुलो कुरा भनेको एउटा असल साथी पाउनु हो । यदि मानिसले असल साथी बनाउन सफल भयो भने ऊ जीवनमा कुनै पनि समस्यामा चिन्ता नमानी साथीको सहयोगले नै त्यसको समाधान गर्न सक्छ । त्यसैले जीवनमा एउटा असल साथी बनाउनु आवश्यक छ ।
 

Bermuda Triangle, a very mysterious as well as intriguing place in the world. We all may have heard about the Bermuda Triangle, if not what are you doing with the internet? The question arises here. Most of us will at least have once seen a youtube recommendation with the classic clickbait like, ‘The Mystery of Bermuda Triangle Solved!’, ‘A Megalodon was found in the Bermuda Triangle’.

Well, as far as scientific field research goes, you may actually find one Megalodon in that area. The ocean has long since remained a wonder for many people in the world. Covering 2/3rd of the entire earth, most of the oceanic areas are yet to be discovered and researched upon, which includes the mysterious Bermuda Triangle. Here Wikipedia says, “The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a loosely defined region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean where a number of aircraft and ships are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Most reputable sources dismiss the idea that there is any mystery.”

Well, like what is mentioned above many things about the disappearance of ships and aircraft have long been brought to light, yet there are many mysteries yet unsolved. Bermuda Island, Puerto Rico and Florida, form a triangular shape when connected forming the so-called Devil's Triangle.

Now, why is the Bermuda Triangle so famous? Well in simple words it’s because of the mysterious disappearance of aircrafts and ships in that area. The first report being the famous Flight 19, which happened to disappear on December 5, 1945. The aircrafts were the trainees of the US Fighter Planes who were supposedly on their first test flight with a group of instructors. The ARMY heavily doubted that this may not be a crash as the instructors were veterans and if there were chances of crash, a distress signal would have been sent back.

Even the rescue team disappeared as they ventured through the triangle. This may not be the first disappearance but this is the first incident that made people skeptical about the Bermuda Triangle causing heavy debates and discussions of     its mysteries. Till now only some remains of the disappeared crafts have been recovered but even so they still have not been identified properly as the ‘Craft that Disappeared’.Well it's not like there is no survivor. A former American Pilot and now researcher and theorist, Bruce Gernon experienced a very mysterious phenomenon in the sky of the outer parts of the bermuda triangle. He even published a book about it.

He said that he was flying the Beech Bonanza over the Sea in the Bermuda Triangle from an island in the Bahamas to the city of Florida with his two passengers, his father and business partner. He had mentioned that he had flown countless times in the same route but on December 4th, 1970. This flight usually takes about an hour and half. The thing happened mysteriously when he gained altitude, a black cloud suddenly appeared in front of him out of nowhere. But he easily left it behind. Next moment, another huge black cloud appeared. Here, Bruce had no choice but to go in the clouds. Only after entering did he know that this was the same cloud as before.

Nothing could be seen inside the cloud. The radio was jammed and the three panicked. The next moment flashes of blue light came into their view and disappeared simultaneously. This was, as described by Bruce, not thunder and lightning at all. 15-30 minutes had passed since they entered the clouds yet they could not see the exit. In the final moment, Bruce was able to see light in front of him, different from the blue lights. Not going deep into it, he escaped the cloud. Now here is the mysterious phenomenon. As soon as he contacted the Florida Airport to ask their location, he received news saying he had already arrived in the Florida sky.

Now, here's the shocking thing. A flight that should usually take 1 hour 30 minute took less than 47 minutes to complete. Even the fuel tank was not used up much. It was like an instant teleportation from one point to another. It may sound ridiculous but after getting solid evidence and reports from the witnesses, the scientists fell into thinking.The best answer they could come up with was, dark energy. They thought that Bruce and his Passengers had entered a cloud made of Dark Energy which transported them from one point to another. Sounds ridiculous but this was the only answer which sounded feasible.

Till the date the Bermuda Triangle remains a mystery to the world. Darkness is not the scariest thing; rather it is a place where we can calm down, relax, and think deep down on any subject matter. 

Metaphorically, Dark is to get bright/light means to get something we can have to go through something scary (dark). Even to shine, we need a dark place because in a bright place nothing will shine. Feeling dark I think it is the place where we can think creative ideas more than in a bright place because when we are already in the presence of bright we don’t bother about thinking of brightness or light. This will in fact suppress our creativity as we can’t see the Brightness within Brightness so giving up will be our ultimate choice.

Speaking about creativity and innovation, we are more creative in the dark because in the dark we think about being in bright, dark is relaxing and calm. Darkness is fun. Taking an example of our own context, we are more creative in the dark because at day we wake up, go to work or school or the kitchen and get on with our daily routine so we can't think in an advanced way because our mind only thinks about what we do in that time. But in darkness, we are stress free where our brain works in different ways, more focused on achieving the goal we have set.  Another thing is that the brain can change size when we are under stress. 

Everything is dark, and when we close our eyes it is dark to fill that dark we start imagining things. And in the dark, there is the release of more positive things I think than in light.
