The role a neighbor plays in society is crucial. A neighbor is a person who lives next to you. They can either be nice or be rude. A neighbor can become a friend or a foe. A neighbor also influences one’s life. We all have some neighbors who are good with us but we also might have some neighbors who are not nice to us.
When we are good with our neighbors we also tend to share things with them. For example; if it's a kid then they might play with the neighbor’s kid. And if it's an adult then they might gossip or even chat about things. We also ask them the right thing to do, when we can’t decide on things and also they give us suggestions. But not every neighbor is that nice. There are those who scorn at one. They judge one and pick their flaws. This can make one insecure about themselves. There are some who spread rumors about one. Society is not always fun and butterflies. There are many dark aspects to it.
There are also some who pretend to be nice while talking bad about one in the back. This could also lead to one becoming the outcast of society. One can also change by hanging out with their neighbor. They can either turn gossipy or become nice, it depends upon the neighbors. Society plays the same role. Society can also change someone just like neighbors. Neighbors and society are tied together to one.
Thus, we can conclude by saying that a neighbor plays a crucial role in society. We can also learn that there are different types of neighbors and we should not trust them easily. We should also act carefully around them because we might not know what is inside their mind.
Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a very popular graphic novel written by Robert Louis Stevenson. This book is one of the reasons he is still known to this date. The strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a very famous mystery novel written by this famous writer.
This book is wise in my opinion, as the setting of this book is London in the Victorian era, which makes sense since it was written at that time. My favorite part of this graphic novel adaptation was its end part. I felt that the story came together in one piece and had a good conclusion. I also liked how the author revealed that Mr. Hyde was Dr. Jekyll’s evil counterpart.
The theme of this book in my opinion is the different sides of human nature. The author portrayed the duality of human nature through the character Dr. Jekyll. In the end, it is revealed that Dr. Jekyll had created a potion many moons ago; that had the ability to distinguish and separate the good and evil aspects of a human personality. This also reveals that it is human nature to have good and evil aspects and we are the ones who are responsible for suppressing our evil sides. We also learn from this book that suppressing one’s evil side is not always easy. We can take the example of Dr. Jekyll who couldn’t control his Mr. Hyde counterpart and ended up taking his own life. This implies that good doesn’t always win and sometimes evil takes over; so we are the ones who shall control our evil personalities and suppress them.
I recommend this book. This book talks a lot about human nature. I liked the moral and the meaning of this book holds. This book is very knowledgeable and it is a mystery novel which obviously makes it interesting. I am happy that I got introduced to this book.

David and the Phoenix is one of the most popular and excellent works of the author Edward Ormondroyd. David and the Phoenix is a children's novel which deals with the adventure of a boy named David with a bird called Phoenix. The genre of the novel is fantasy and adventure fiction. The major theme of the book in my opinion is the love for nature, a true friendship between David and the phoenix’s adventures.
The story opens on David’s first morning in his new house, he was very excited to go to the mountains but soon he realized his parents may need his help so he decides to go there the next day. The next morning he leaves his house to explore nature. Soon he reaches the ledge, he is very tired and decides to stay there for some time. Soon he saw a huge bird. He was very amazed and a little scared as well as he had never seen something like that before, he got very excited. He then decides to talk to the phoenix, he gathers the courage to talk to the bird. After that David suddenly falls into a trap and the bird helps him just after some times phoenix falls into the trap and David helps her. After this, they start a new journey of their friendship. They start talking to each other. Soon David gets to know that it was no ordinary bird but it was Phoenix who has lived for 500 years and a scientist is after her for experiments and that she will change her place soon. David didn't want the bird to leave so he requested her to stay for a few more days, she agreed to stay. Then the other day David meets Phoenix again on the ledge and the Phoenix decides to give David practical education by traveling with him by keeping David on his back and flying to places. After some time they land back on the surface exploring nature. The Phoenix flew saying he had some work and David went home. Then the scientist who was looking for the phoenix was a guest at David’s home and asked him if he had seen the phoenix. David refuses and decides to inform the phoenix but when he reaches the ledge he sees that the phoenix was not there and decides to leave a note and comes home to write a note. When he reached home David learned that a burglar came into their house and they asked where he had been, he said he had gone for a walk. All of them calmed down and went to their room. David went to his room and was thinking about what to write in the letter, suddenly phoenix came there and asked him whether he could sleep there. David welcomed him and the phoenix fell asleep but David woke her up and asked where she had gone and what happened? Phoenix explained to him that it had gone to race with the witch and she won. He informed the phoenix that the scientist was there. The phoenix said that he is not frightened by that scientist and will fight against him. David became very happy hearing that. But suddenly the voice of the phoenix was heard by everyone and she flew away. The next day the phoenix informed David about a trip to the sea monster to get the treasure to execute the plan against the scientist and David arranged for the trip. Then they went where the sea monster was and found it with the help of the sea monster and only took 4 gold coins and left. The next day David was going to the ledge but his mum stops him and asks him to help her work. After helping her he went to the ledge and saw the phoenix captured in the snare. David helps her but suddenly a scientist appears there and David tries to distract him but gets caught in a snare. Then the scientist helps David and asks about the snare but the phoenix appears and hits him with the helmet and the scientist becomes unconscious and David takes him to the hotel where the scientist lived. After that, they go on many other adventures and meet banshee, leprechaun and enjoy while collecting the things the phoenix said they need. Then the phoenix became tired and they talked for a long time. Then the phoenix remembers that it’s his 500th birthday the next day after tomorrow and they decide to go meet the Faun the next day. They enjoyed their time there and returned back to the ledge and David asked what the phoenix needed. Phoenix said that he needed to make the nest of cinnamon and then the traditional cinnamon pyre of the phoenix should be done. David requested him to not do that. But as it was a ritual that after a phoenix reaches five hundred years their pyre should be done, Phoenix also has to follow the same ritual. David requested him very much but as it was a ritual Phoenix had to do it. As a friendship token, David took a long blue feather from Phoenix's wings. Then when Phoenix went to do pyre, David couldn't face it and he ran away. He was unconscious and woke up and saw that the scientist was below the ledge but it didn't matter to him now, as Phoenix was gone. Finally, in 2020, a very stressful year has passed and now here we are 2021. As we come to New Year’s Eve among one of the strangest years ever, it’s time to begin planning for 2021 and of course, make resolutions for the betterment of it. Usually, many people make resolutions but end up as a memory after January. I also make resolutions and break them up but I will try to stick to them this time and change myself. So this year I am sticking to my resolution hope so it will continue after January too rather than to be a memory.
What makes a perfect New Year’s resolution? An idea that shapes and reflects you in a better way can be considered a New Year Resolution. As students, we must always refine our thoughts, cultivate smart habits, and enhance our temperament each year and is also necessary for every student to set a target each year and be capable enough to take each moment to reach the desired and set target. So being a student I will also try to be more productive and materialize my dream as it’s considered a kind of success too. So for this, I have taken some resolutions discussed below.
This year I have resolved to do physical exercise on a daily basis. Although this is the common resolution taken by me at the start of every life. But it ends up in a short period due to my laziness. Anyway, I hope I can continue to stick to this resolution for a long time. After experiencing a very unexpected tough situation last year it’s best to be fit enough just not for fighting with the unpredicted virus or disease but to keep ourselves healthy and live a peaceful life. While I proceed forward in this resolution I got to learn that we can learn and do exercises through different available physical and digital resources.
Then another resolution is time management. Time management creates discipline or vice versa. As a student, time is the most precious thing. If I will rub out time then it will rub out tomorrow. I usually have the habit of not organizing my work properly and therefore end up with incomplete homework and projects. So this year I had planned to be more systematic and organized so that I would be able to complete my work on time and not keep pending, the works assigned to me. So in short form, I have listed out my resolution for time management:
To learn a new thing every day
Get more organized and be innovative
Fix a certain time for sleep and wake up on a daily basis.
To reduce unproductive use of the time
Be more attentive and utilize the time properly.
Enjoy every moment and stay positive
So these are some of the things I have taken into consideration for resolving time management. I will try my best to do it and hope it will continue along. Similarly, after this, my other resolution is to be a good reader and a smart learner. For this, I will read more books, literary works, informative knowledge, and consider learning about intellectual fields. I have decided that I would spend more time reading books that would improve my knowledge and interest in reading. To be a smart learner I think I should be more convenient, straightforward, productive, innovative, and extrovert. Another area that I might wish to improve myself is with the surplus time spent on the web and with gadgets.
Then I feel that another resolution can be to avoid negative thoughts and discard them. Because I think when we get negative results through negative thought, and we fail in each task. So I decided to be positive as I believe that a positive attitude is the mark of a superior personality.
To achieve my preceding resolutions and goals, I will have to bring several changes to my day to day life. According to my opinion, one of the largest causes of procrastination is excessive use of social media particularly Facebook, What’s App, Twitter, etc. except for it, I will also limit the time I pay ahead of the tv. So that the resolution that has been taken can be fulfilled smoothly.
Instead of observing tv to a fault, I will be able to attempt to realize a sport that I favor and play that game to stay fit and sensible. I think that a good student is understood by his behavior and character. I will have to be respectful to my folks, academics, and elders as a result of respecting and obeying elders are counted in courtesy. This is also one of my resolutions.
So above mentioned are some of my resolutions made for this year. Although I shared so many resolutions for this new year made by me, I am not sure that I will stick to them for a longer time. Anyway, I will try to make sure that I follow all the resolutions of this new year for a longer time and change myself for the betterment of my personality of course.

MK II Robot: Robot lovers and creators were well and truly in their element back in January 2015. Megabots partnered up with Autodesk and asked robot makers to create something extra special. But there was a catch, they had to design the armor paneling of miniature Megabots to show a final walking robot would look like, it also had to have reloading left arm cannon and would be shown off at the fair, the results were amazing the creators took the torso shell and right arm of the Megabot Mark II robot and turn it into a full-scale six-ton 15-foot tall robot. It wasn’t just to look pretty either it could drive, stand fire weapons from both arms and even twist its torso. When shown at the maker fair the Mark II robot was a hit. It fired paintball cannons at old cars.
Robot method 2: In 2017 Jeff Bezos got to play with a very expensive robot at amazon’s annual robotic conference, that very expensive robot was Method 2. It was developed and created by Hankook Murray technology, a firm from South Korea and it weighs a total of 1.6 tons. If that’s not eyebrow-raising enough then maybe its price tag will be. It started off costing around 3.96 million dollars the budget is well and truly blown out around 100 million dollars to be honest though we can think why it’s so expensive, it can walk, rotate in a circle, and is controlled remotely by robot engineers. But that's not all, it is the first manmade bipedal that can move 1.5 tons while managing the pilot’s movements, that means that if for example, the pilot moves his or her arm the robot will as well. But some refinement needs to happen before the robot will be let loose on the community. For now, it walks around like a toddler before it tumbles, so it has to be suspended from cables while out in public.
The prosthesis: This is a bit off-topic here but the prosthesis is not a robot but is pretty similar to a robot and probably equally smart. The prosthesis is what you’d call an anti-robot. It has a room for a human inside it and that human is responsible for all the movement of the robot/ anti-robot. But that does not mean it can’t do anything cool, it can tackle all types of terrain at top speeds of around 20 miles per hour and its battery is large enough to power it up to 2 hours. It also has a custom suspension system for a smooth ride and it’s 16.4 feet wide and 13.7 feet tall. It also weighs about 8,000 pounds. The company behind the prosthesis is called “Furion” and they have a big plan not just to build these Exo bionic mechs but to race them.
