नेपाल एक विकासोन्मुख राष्ट्र हाे । यहाँ बिस्तारै विकास हुँदै गइरहेकाे छ । राेजगारीका अवसरहरू पनि कमै छन् । पछिल्लाे समय यहाँका अधिकांश युवाहरू देश छाड्ने गरेका छन् । यसका पछाडि धेरै कारणहरू छन् । दिनभर महिनाैँ काम गरे पनि जेनतेन गुजारा चलाउने स्थिति छ । अझ भनाैँ थाेरै तलबमा काम नगरे राेजगारी नै नपाउने स्थिति छ ।

नेपालमा विकासमा धेरै कुराको अभाव छ । यसरी युवाहरू आफू र आफ्नाे परिवार पाल्नका लागि विदेसिनुपर्ने अवस्था छ । नेपालका नेताहरूले विकासकाे वाचा मात्रै गर्ने र अन्त्यमा काम नगर्ने राजनीतिज्ञले गरिरहेका छन् । अष्ट्रेलिया होस्, अमेरिका होस्, अधिकांश युवाहरू आफ्नो सपना पूरा गर्न बाँच्छन् याे कुरा हामी सबैलाई थाहा छ । अन्य देशहरूमा उच्च अवसरहरू छन्, धेरै राम्रो शिक्षा, धेरै विश्वविद्यालयहरू, राम्रो स्वस्थ जीवनशैली आदिका कारण मानिसहरू लाेभिन्छन् । नेपालमा खै केही न केही कुरा नमिलेजस्ताे अभाव हुने भएकाले छिट्टै विकास गर्न गाह्राे पनि छ । हामीले यो देशमा धेरै अवरोधहरू देखेका छौँ ।

स्वस्थ भएर बाँच्ने र राम्रो जीवनशैलीको चाहना गर्ने मानिस सबै हुन्छन् । अधिकांश युवायुवतीहरू विदेशमा गएर शान्तिपूर्वक जीवन बिताउन रुचाउँछन् । हरेक मानिसमा राम्रो जीवन, स्वास्थ्य वा समृद्ध जीवन शैली, उच्च गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा आदिको उच्च अपेक्षा वा इच्छा हुन्छ तर हामीले त्यो भेट्टाउँदैनौँ । आजका पुस्ताको कुरा गर्दा यो पुस्तामा बहुसङ्ख्यक जनताकाे चाहना पनि यही नै छ । अबकाे समय यस्ताे भइसक्याे कि पृथ्वीका हरेक मानिसहरूले आर्टिफिसियल इन्टेलिजेन्सको प्रयोग गर्न थालिसके । यसका धेरै फाइदाहरू छन् र अन्य धेरै बेफाइदाहरू पनि छन् । व्यक्तिले यसकाे प्रयाेग के र कसरी गर्ने भन्ने मात्र फरक कुरा हाे ।
काम गर्न र परिवारकाे पालनपाेषणका लागि पनि विदेसिने नेपालीकाे सङ्ख्या पनि धेरै नै छ भने सुख - सुविधा र अवसरका लागि विदेसिनेकाे सङ्ख्या पनि धेरै नै छ । जे हाेस् राेजगारी, अध्ययन र भ्रमणका लागि नेपालीहरू देश बाहिर जाने गर्छन् ।

People will talk but don't’ you worry
Just focus on your goal.
Ignore what all are saying
Just focus on yourself.

Everyone is there to make you feel bad and alone
When you don't have anything everyone will be gone
Having only a friend is better
Than having a 10 people called “friends”

Enjoy the every part of your life
If someone speaks against you throw back the knife
Everyone has their private matter
But not everyone deserves to know it.

Talk good to all
Even if they don’t
It’s a reflection of them and not you
So worry not!

Chapter-2
Among the villages Azrail destroyed, there was a peculiar one. This one was different from the other villages as in this village, Azrail killed the parents of two kids but the kids were unharmed. The older kid was 4 years old and the younger one was 2 years old.

The peculiar thing about him leaving these children was that he let them live even though he was attacked by them. And Azrail, unlike many, was a very short tempered man. A man who would kill someone if they even spoke a word against him. And these children who had attacked him were spared. Everyone wondered why. The question is unanswered even to the present.

The two boys stayed at their god father’s house which was an old building where the paint was about to come off.

“Happy birthday Peter! What do you want for your present?”, asked William.

“Thanks William, but I intend to go to school, and that would be a great present for me if you would approve of it.” said Peter.

“Well of course I approve of it, but on one condition. You have to make friends that help you through your good and bad times and you help them too. . Do not go around making friends with a bad influence on you.”, replied William

“Thank you William, this will be the best birthday present I’ve ever had,” said Peter with a big smile on his face.

William saw a faint glow in Peter’s eyes every time he got to know something about magic. He was a curious wizard. Andrew on the other hand was still too young to get into the wizarding school. To get admitted into the wizarding school, one must be of at least five years of age. Andrew was only four, so he had to wait for another year to pass until he got into the school. William and Andrew went to the school to drop Peter off after admitting him and Peter left with no hesitation whatsoever. Even though it was the first day of school for him he seemed to be happier than William had ever seen him. He had a big smile while walking away.

As Peter walked into the corridors of the school, he met a teacher who led him to the dormitories where he left his belongings and went out to explore the school. He made a friend while exploring the school. The school was very big and took Peter a long time to explore and remember. Peter was an optimist who was always happy about things.

“Welcome to the school. As of today, you will be studying in one of the finest magic schools in the realm. But as the headmaster of the school, I must warn you that there are certain rules that one must follow in order to be safe inside the school and some disciplinary actions to make you accustomed to our rituals. ” said Olivandar.

“Headmaster, you forgot to introduce yourself.”, whispered the headmaster’s assistant.

“Thank you for the reminder Lia”
“I am Lupin Olivandar. Your headmaster in this school. And as you can see I’m quite old but not to worry, I am fully capable of handling the title of the headmaster with the remaining strength in my body.” - said the headmaster in a funky way.

“I wish you all the best for your studies and without further ado, let's start eating” said Olivandar and sat down on his chair and began to talk with other staff members.

Some believed that Olivandar was sent to earth by God himself while others believed that he was a dark wizard secretly helping Azrail in his journey to absolute power.  

मानिसहरू प्रतिदिन यहाँ
बेरोजगार भइरहेछन्  र हुँदै छन् ।
तिनीहरू सबै चिन्तित मुद्रामा
काम खोज्दै जीवन धकेलिरहेछन् ।

तिनीहरू जीवनको आशा मारेर
केवल निराशामा बाँचिरहेछन् । 
आफ्नो परिवार र भविष्य सम्झिँदै
र जीवन  तन्काउँदै धकेलिरहेछन् ।

सबै विदेसिदै छन् यहाँ
फर्किन्छन् कि फर्किदैनन् यहाँ
आफ्नो जीवनको आशा मारेर
परिवारकाे सपना बाेकेर

सबै आआफ्नै धुनमा व्यस्त छन्
काेही काममा त काेही यसै मस्त छन्
छैनन् धेरै खुसी सामान्य मानिसका
एक पेट खाने र लाउने मात्र आश मानिसका ।

दिनरात खटेर गर्छौ काम तिमी,
घाम होओस् वा पानी पछि नहट्ने तिमी,
अन्नबाली रोपेर जीवनयापन गर्ने तिमी,
गरिबीको पीडाले जीवन धान्न गाह्रो पार्ने

असारमा धान रोप्छौ, वैशाखमा मकै,
कति मिहिनेत गर्छौ तिमी, तर लिदैनौ फाइदा,
बेच्छौ दलाललाई उठाउँछन् उनी नै फाइदा,
दिनरातको मिहिनेत सबै जान्छ कता कता ।

देश गरिब छ, तिमी पनि त्यस्तै,
खुसीको पल अनमोल, तिमी जस्तै जस्तै,
जीवन खै यस्तै हो की, सङ्घर्षमै बिती जाने,
आज भोलिभन्दा भन्दै, माटोसँगै मिली जाने,

रातको उज्यालोलाई अन्धकारले छेक्छ,
तिम्रो सबै मिहिनेत दलालले बेच्छ,
तर के गर्न सक्छौ र तिमी,
तिमी त किसान मात्र न पर्यौ ।

Got no home, no one by their side
People throw the stones so the dogs need to hide
Many of the dogs are kicked of the house
They don’t want to make their owners sad.

Street dogs are treated unfairly.
Like they do not deserve love and care
They say street dogs bite!
But it is their behavior that determines it.

The dogs who have home are lucky
I feel sad for the dogs who have no homes They also want to be treated well
But there is no one to see what they feel

Dogs also have emotions hiding inside
Due to humans street dogs have to more aside
They do want to be loved by everyone
But at the end it seem that everyone have gone

We can see the pain in their eyes
They know all of the people lies
They care about the people that loves them
But the peoples betray them with no shame….

Once upon a time, in a small town called Harmonyville, there lived a young girl named Lily. Lily was in eighth grade at Harmonyville High School, she loved to play the guitar and write music. She has a kind heart and always tried to make friends with everyone she met.

One sunny day, a new family moved to Harmonyville. They were from another country, and their daughter, Aisha, would be in the same class as Lily. Aisha has a different skin color and wore clothes unfamiliar to most students. However, Lily did not pay much attention to these differences. She believed that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect, no matter where they come from.

On the first day of school, Aisha nervously entered the classroom. The other students looked at her and whispered among themselves. Lily noticed how uncomfortable Aisha looked so she smiled warmly and invited her to sit next to her. Aisha smiled back, grateful for the friendly gesture.

As the days passed, Lily and Aisha became good friends. They spent time together, sharing stories about their lives and dreams. Lily learned about Aisha's rich cultural heritage and Aisha taught Lily some words in her native language. They realize that despite their differences, they had a lot in common.

However, not everyone at the school shared Lily's tolerant nature. Some students continued to judge and tease Aisha for the difference. Lily felt sad and angry when she saw her friend being treated unfairly. She knew she had to do something to change things. Lily decides to hold a "Culture Day" at school. She wanted people to appreciate the beauty of diversity and understand that acceptance was the key to love and respect. She spoke with the school's principal, who loved the idea and supported her initiative.

Lily and Aisha worked together to plan the event. They invited students, teachers, and parents to participate. They asked people to wear traditional clothes from different cultures and bring traditional dishes to share. On the day of the event, the school was filled with vibrant colors, laughter and delicious fragrant. The students were dressed in colorful clothes from many different countries and the hallways echoed with laughter and excitement. Lily and Aisha are happy to see the positive response from their classmates.

During the event, students and teachers explored different cultures through music, dance, and art exhibitions. They sampled exotic foods and engaged in fun activities representing different traditions. Lily's message of acceptance spread throughout the school and people began to appreciate diversity and respect each other's differences.

Since that day, Harmonyville High School has been a place of love and respect. Students embrace the idea that acceptance is the first step to love and respect, whether for oneself or for others. They realized that when they accept others for who they are, they discover the beauty of diversity. Lily and Aisha's friendship blossomed even further and they became a symbol of unity and understanding in their school. Their stories have inspired others to be kind and tolerant, and the town of Harmonyville is known for its spirit of inclusion and inclusion.

And so the moral of the story is that, “Acceptance is the first step to love and respect, whether it's accepting yourself or accepting others. When we open our hearts and minds to diversity, we create a world where everyone can feel loved, respected and appreciated, just like in Harmonyville.” 

रमन विद्यालयको एक कमजोर विद्यार्थी थियो । ऊ पढाइमा तेजस्वी थिएन । अन्य विद्यार्थीले उसलाई “तँ भविष्यमा केही गर्न सक्दैनस्, तेरो भविष्य अन्धकार छ” इत्यादि भनेर गिज्याउँथे । त्यसका कारण ऊ निकै भावविह्वल हुन्थ्याे । यस कारण उसको चिकित्सक बन्ने महत्वकाङ्क्षा पनि निराशामा रूपान्तरण हुन्छ । उनमा आत्मविश्वास कम हुँदै जान्छ । आफूलाई एक्लोपनकाे अनुभूति गर्छ । सहानुभूतिको अपेक्षा गरी उसले आफ्ना केही मिल्ने साथीसँग यसबारे कुरा गर्छ तर ती साथीहरूले उसलाई सहानुभूतिको साटाे हेप्न खोज्छन् ।

रमनले झनै एक्लाेपनकाे महसुस गर्छ । ऊ निकै विक्षिप्त हुन्छ र आफ्नो हजुरबुवासँग यसबारे कुरा गर्छ । “मेरो त भविष्य अन्धकार छ, म भविष्यमा केही गर्न सक्दिन । परीक्षामा जम्मा मात्र २६% आएको छ, यसरी म कसरी भविष्यमा डाक्टर बनुँला?” यति भन्दै ऊ रुन थाल्यो । हजुरबुवाले उसलाई शान्त पारी भन्न थाले, बाबु ! जिन्दगीमा सफल त मानिस लगनशीलता सङ्घर्षले हुन्छ । परीक्षा त आफूले सिकेका कुराको प्रस्तुति मात्र हो । परीक्षामा धेरै अङ्क ल्याउँदा भविष्य उज्जवल हुने र कम आउँदा भविष्यमा केही उपलब्धी नहुने भन्ने कुरा मानिसले फैलाएको आफवाह मात्र हो । जीवनमा लक्ष्य प्राप्तिको लागि गरिने मिहिनेतले सफलता प्रतिबिम्वित गर्छ । परीक्षाको नतिजाले हाेइन । यसको अर्थ परीक्षामा जानीजानी नराम्रो गर्नु चाहिँ  हाेइन । परीक्षाले जीवनमा गरिने मिहिनेत र सङ्घर्षलाई सिकाउँछ । जीवनमा मानिसहरूबिच हुने प्रतिस्पर्धालाई सङ्केत गर्छ । तर परीक्षा र सफलताबिच कुनै सम्बन्ध छैन । तिमी मिहिनेत गर, फलको आशा नगर । कर्मले नै फलको निर्धारण गर्छ ।”
रमनले रुन बन्द गरी भन्यो, “हजुरबुवा, परीक्षाले भविष्य निर्धारण गर्दैन भन्ने कुरा बुझेँ तर परीक्षा नराम्रो हुँदा मेरा साथीहरूले मलाई किन गिज्याउँछन् त ? म केही गर्न सक्दिनँ भनी सधैँ जिस्काइरहन्छन् ।”
हजुरबुवाले भन्नुभयो, “जिन्दगी आफ्नो, लक्ष्य आफ्नो, आकाङ्क्षा आफ्ना् छन् भने अरूको कुरा सुनेर भावुक किन हुने ? ”
रमनले हजुरबुवाको कुरालाई कार्यान्वयन गरेर आफ्नो लक्ष्यतिर ध्यानकेन्द्रित गर्यो । साथीहरूले उनलाई निरुत्साहित गर्दा पनि उनले बेवास्ता गरे ।  निकै ठुलो सङ्घर्ष गरी अन्तिम परीक्षामा विशिष्ट श्रेणी ल्याए र हजुबाले दिएको आश्वासनमा उनी कृतज्ञ भए । रमनका साथीहरूले पनि आफ्नो पाठ सिके ।
अन्ततःअरूलाई निरुत्साह नगर्नु, कसैले निरुत्साहित गर्न खाेजे वेवास्ता गर्नु, असल कर्मकाे अनुसरण गर्नु आफ्नाे कर्तव्यबाट विचलित नभए गन्तव्यमा अवश्य पुग्न सकिन्छ,तर हार मान्नु हुँदैन।

शरद ऋतुको त्याे समय नै उदास
जब फूलहरू र पातहरू टाढिन्छन्
रुखका हाँगाबाट जमिनमा हिँडेका 
नाच्दै नाच्दै हावामा फिरफिरे बताससँगै
फेरि फर्किने आशामा हराउँदै छन् आफैँ ।

हरेक दिन छाेटाे छ समय
जानु छ तछाड मछाडकाे गतिमा
जाडोको चौडाइमा एक एक गरेर।
रूख एक्लै उभिएको छ तर दुःख मनाउ छैन ।

जाडो एउटा समय हाे
रुख एउटा प्रकृति हाे  
फेरि पलाउने पातकाे आशामा
पर्खिरहेछ, कुरिरहेछ उसले समय ।

बाँच्ने आशा राखेर पर्खि बसेछ समय।
रुख  हल्लिदा, पात हावासँगै नाचेर 
घामपानीसँग बाँचेर, चिसाेसँग सङ्घर्ष गर्दै 
कुरिरहे छ, पर्खिरहेछ आफ्नाे समय

A moonlit night
Awake at sea
A lonely man watches the stars.

They glimmer and shimmer
Glow and shine
In the open, pitless sky.

The boat glides
Along the frigid sea
Amidst the foggy surroundings .

The Northern star shines alone
The man’s presence alike

Rap music is a form of music which focuses on the lyrics and how they rhyme. Rap music exploded in popularity during the 1970s. When we think of rap music we usually think of black male artists like Kanye West, Travis Scott and Chris Brown. But nowadays, the involvement of female rappers in the mainstream media has increased significantly. Some people may argue that they are getting more attention than male artists today.

The rap industry is regarded as one of the most sexist industries in hollywood. Usually female rappers receive a lot of hate than male artists. Especially in the NYC drill rap industry. NYC drill music is a sub-genre of music based in Brooklyn, NYC. It usually focuses on shooting and the dangerous upbringing and racism the black community has faced. In this industry there is little to no trace of women but how did ‘Ice Spice’, a fairly new upcoming artist rise to the top of this industry?

Ice Spice is a female rap artist who has amassed a huge following through her NYC drill rap music. Even though she attended a private school and had good education she has managed to climb up to the top of the industry which is highly surrounded with guns, crime and murder. Ice Spice’s music is usually based on how her attractiveness can make men buy her anything and that as an attractive woman she does not have to work. This is very uncommon in drill rap but somehow her song ‘Munch’ topped the billboard hot 100s and was the most popular drill rap of 2022.

This caused a big controversy in the industry. Many people disregarded her talent in rap by saying that her popularity was because of her attractiveness as her music videos are very sexual and inappropriate but the argument remains, does this disregard her talent? Male rappers have been using sexual and inappropriate imagery especially of women, for marketing and publicity for years but when a female does it, it’s immoral and questions about her talents are raised. Even though I believe pretty privilege in the music industry is a real thing due to examples like Justin Bieber, Drake, and many more artists. I do not think her appearance is all that she has to offer. They’re just an extra zing.

Her songs have genuine talent and her freestyles have also gained popularity and she has proved that she is not famous just because of her personality with her song ‘Boys a Liar pt 2’ reaching the billboard top 100s again but people are still stuck the stereotype that women cannot rap nor be popular in the industry. In conclusion, I would like to say that female rappers should deserve the same opportunities as male rappers and Ice Spice is a prime example of why we should. Let’s not uphold the double standards be it in the music industry or anywhere else.

हरिया पहाडहरू बिस्तारै  रमाइरहेछन्
तिनीहरू सजिलै एकआपसमा खेल्छन् 
सुन्दर जङ्गलहरूमा बाघ र हात्तीहरूसँग रमाउँदै

प्रकृतिमा सुन्दरता भर्न

यसमै सङ्घर्ष गर्दै अघि बढिरहेछन् ।

आऊ ल सँगै बसाैँ है त, 
प्रकृतिलाई प्रेम गरौँ, सुरक्षित बनाऔँ
समृद्धि र समृद्ध वातावरण बनाऔँ, 
जलवायुको रक्षा नै हाम्राे सुरक्षा ।
