भाषाको परिवर्तनमा घेरिन्छ
मेरो मन विचलित हुँदै जान्छ ।

भाषाहरूसँगै माध्यममा भुली जानेको
मेरो मन भारी छ, दुखेएको छ
मैले सही शब्दहरू खोज्ने कोशिस गर्छु
तर मैले सधैं भाषाको बिच रहने डर लाग्छ ।

त्यसैले खोज्दै जान्छु उत्कृष्ट शब्दहरू,
जसले सत्यता बोलाउँछ त्यो शब्दहरूमार्फत
भाषाको अर्थ पाउन योग्य शब्दहरूबाट
त्यसैले आशा गर्छु म उनीहरूलाई सम्झाउन सफल हुने छु।

Story of Blazing West is a short story of how Clint and Matilda met Claude and some Blazing criminals. It is a story from the Western part of a fictional planet. This story mostly attracts youngsters as it is some kind of action work.

The story begins in the land of Blazing West, there was a gunner named Clint with his right-hand friend Matilda. who knew magic, but Clint knew to use his guns as a professional. Soon the evils attacked them resulting in the deaths of many innocents and their friends. Clint and Matilda fought bravely against them, but Matilda was about to get killed until a new gunner Claude came to rescue him. Clint, Matilda and Claude were about to beat those evil, however, the evils had already captured their friends and innocent people. Three of them said to leave the village for the rescue of their friends. On the way, Clint and Claude had lots of arguments and were about to kill each other until Matilda stopped them.

Layla, who was one of the most wanted criminals, had a weapon that could shoot a railgun shot as well as some plasma type bullets. Aldous was the greatest punch man who had a mechanical hand that can be awaked to deal heavy damage. Franco was easily irritated, and he had a harpoon hand and an axe type weapon. Esmeralda, who was some sort of Egyptian magician, had some sharp blades attached to her which could pierce everything.

All those with Clint fought with those evils but they didn’t notice that Matilda was being kidnapped. As soon as Clint saw that, he took Matilda’s magic stick and chased the truck. Franco, who had a harpoon-like hand, tried to stop the truck but he failed. Clint then jumped directly into the truck and grabbed the spoiler and was climbing the truck. Layla shot a railgun at a boulder making the truck take a turn but the truck oversteered and went flying off the cliff. Clint, Matilda and the boss of evil fell off the cliff, but Clint grabbed Matilda with her stick and threw her above, and Claude got hold of her. Clint started to fall off the cliff. Matilda with her magic stick flew and saved Clint from falling. From that time, they were known as the Heroes of the Blazing West.

This story tells us that we should be friendly with each other and never start arguments that lead to our separation. It also says that staying united will help to eradicate any problems. It also suggests no matter what the argument is or how big the argument is, we should never leave our friends and our team. This is a story of friendship, cooperation and clash blended together. 

In the golden light of a brand-new day,
The sun rises to paint the sky,

In the gentlest of breezes, a soothing lullaby,
Flowers blooming in colors so gay,
Their fragrance, a gift to all.

A magical world, where dreams entwine,
In the beauty of nature, we find peace nearby.

So let's cherish each moment, embrace its grace,
For nature's symphony, a gift we cannot deny,
In its tranquil embrace, we find our place,
A simple joy that makes our hearts sigh with solace.

बिदाको  दिन  धेरै  थिएन । असार १४ गतेदेखि त स्कुल  नै खुल्ने थियो । म स्कुल जान धेरै उत्साहित थिएँ र मनैदेखि तयार थिएँ हुन पनि हाे नयाँ स्कुल जान को चाहि उत्साहित हुँदैन र ! त्यो दिन आयो र म खुसी खुसी स्कुल गएँ । बाटै बाटो रमाउँदै, मनमा बिचारहरू खेलाउँदै हिँडिरहेको थिएँ । लगभग १९ मिनेटको हिडाइपछि बल्ल विद्यालय पुगेँ । गेटबाट म आफ्नो कक्षाकोठातिर लागे । मेरा कक्षा रसायन प्रयोगशालाको नजिक जाेडिएकाे रहेछ । कोठामा कोही पनि आएका रहेनछन् । 
अँ साच्चि! पहिलो दिनमा मै पहिलो थिएँ । उत्साहका कारण घरबाट छिटाे हिडेको थिएँ । याे कुराले मलाई एकछिन हाँसाे पनि लागिरहेकाे थियाे । समयनिष्ठ भएकोमा मलाई गर्व पनि लाग्याे । 
डियरवाक सूचना र प्रविधि सिकाउने नेपालकै एक उत्कृष्ट ठाउँ हाे भन्ने कुरा मैले पहिले पनि सुनेकै थिएँ । सूचना र प्रविधि मलाई मन पर्ने विषय त्यसैले पनि मैले डियरवाक  छाने । यहाँ आइसकेपछि यहाँ एउटा छाना पनि थुप्रै फरक फरक संस्थाहरू रहेछन्  । 
पहिलाे दिनमा नै शिक्षकहरूबाट पाएकाे मायाले म विद्यालयप्रति निकै प्रभावित भएछु । मेरो लागि त डियरवाक स्कुल नभएर आफनै घरजस्तै भयाे ।  कुनै समस्या परे नि वहाँहरू त्यसको हल खोज्न तयार भइहाल्ने । पढाउने क्रममा एकदमै रमाइलो र मैत्रीपूर्ण व्यवहार पस्कने । पढाइसँगै रमाइलो वातावरण पनि बनाइरहने ।
पहिलो दिन मलाई रसायन शास्त्र  विषय पढ्न धरै रमाइलो लाग्याे । रसायन प्रयोगशालामा मलाई रसायनका बारेमा गरिएका कुराहरू रमाइलो लाग्यो ।
त्यति मात्रै होइन,  पहिलो पटक नेपाली विषय कम्प्युटरमा सिक्ने पाउने मौका मिल्याे । मैले अहिलेसम्म नेपाली विषय कापीमा मात्रै लेखर सिक्थेँ त‍र डियरवाकमा आएर नेपाली विषय कम्प्युटरमा नेपाली भाषा टाइपिङ गर्ने सिक्ने अवसर सिर्जना भयाे । मैले पहिलाे पटक आफ्नै हातले याे लेख टाइपिङ पनि गरेँ । गुरूलाई पठाएँ पनि । गुरूले आवश्यक काँटछाँट त पक्कै गर्नु भाे तर पनि यसरी टाइपिङ मैले जीवनमा नै पहिलाे पटक गरेँ ।  
डियरवाककाे अर्को रमाइलाे र मनै लाेभ्याउने पाटाे भनेकाे यहाँ वातावरण नै हाे । म त मन्त्रमुग्ध नै भएकाे हुँ । याे कुरा साथीहरूबाट पनि आएकै हाे । हरियाली, सफा, सुग्घर आहा!
कक्षाकाेठाहरू पनि चिटिक्क, सफा । क्यान्टिनको पनि सफा  थियो र स्वादिष्ट खाना उपलब्ध थियो र बाहिरको वातावरण पनि  हरियो र सुवास थियो । डियरवाकमा भएका बगैँचा र रुखहरूले मेरो मन सफा पारेको थियो । डियरवाक गेटकाे बाहिर बगैचा र रूखहरू छन् । याे खालकाे वातावरण आउँदा दिनहरूमा रहिरहाेस् मेराे कामना र अनुराेध पनि छ । स्कुलले विद्यार्थीका खानेपानीको व्यवस्था , खेलकुदको व्यवस्था , पुस्तकालयको र यातायातको व्यवस्था पनि मज्जासँग मिलाएकाे छ । कुुनै समस्या आइलागेमा शिक्षकहरू समस्यालाई सुल्झाउन मनले नै तयार छन् । त्याे कुरा मैले मज्जैले अनुभव गरेँ 
डियरवाक जस्तो आइटी पनि पढाइ हुने स्कुलमा पढ्ने मौका पाएमा म एकदमै खुसी छु । आइटी विद्यालयय बाट हासिल् गरेको ज्ञानले ठूँला ठूला सफ्टवेयर कम्पनि चलाउन सकिन्छ । डियरवाक कलेजबारे मैले पहिले नै निकै राम्रा कुराहरू सुनेकाे र बुझेकाे पनि थिएँ । कक्षा १२ पास गरिसकेपछि पनि यही कलेजमा पढ्ने चाहाना हाे । आइटीकाे ज्ञानले नै ठुला ठुला सफ्टवेयर कम्पनि चलाउन सकिन्छ आइटी विद्यालयमा पढ्ने मेरो ठूलो सपना थियो र म खुसी छु कि मैले डियरवाक अध्ययन गर्ने मौका पाएँ । नेपालकै उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय डियरवाकमा अध्ययन गर्न पाउँदा मलाई आफूमाथि गर्व लागेकाे छ । 
यति हुँदाहुँदै पनि मिडल स्कुलका भाइबहिनीहरू अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलाप कक्षामा अलिक बढी नै हल्ला गर्छन् । म लगायत मेरा साथीहरूलाई पनि पढ्न र  लेख्दा साँच्चै विचलित पारेकाे छ ।अचम्मै भएकाे छ, ठ्याक्कै लोडसेडिङ त हाेइन तर एउटै घन्टीमा ४/५ पटक बिजुली जाने आउने कामले हैरान नै पारेकाे छ । 
साच्चिकै मैले आजका मितिसम्म निकै रमाइलाे मानेर अध्ययन कार्यलाई अगाडि बढाइरहेकाे छु ।

Life is a cycle: a wheel that turns-

A journey that takes us where we must learn.

To navigate the twists and turns of fate-

And rise again when we meet at some new gate.

We start out small, a spark of light-

But as we grow, we learn to fight.

For what we all want, for what we all need-

And through the struggles, we will succeed.

But as we reach our peak, we start to slow-

And soon we find that we must let go.

Of all the things we held so dear-

And face the end without any kind of fear.

For death is but a doorway, a final stage-

A chance to turn another page.

In the great adventure that is life-

A journey full of joy and strife.

म सानैदेखि अरू मानिससँग बाेल्न रुचाउने व्यक्ति हुँ । मलाई चिने वा नचिनेका कुनै पनि व्यक्तिसँग बाेल्न अप्ठ्याराे लाग्दैन । उनीहरूसँग घुलमिल हुन धेरै समय लाग्दैन । म सानै हुँदा मैले पढेकाे विद्यालय छाेडेर जब म कक्षा १० पछिकाे शिक्षाका लागि डियरवाक सिफल स्कुलमा भर्ना भएँ, त्यहाँ पनि म घुलमिल भइहालेँ ।  
डियरवाक सिफल स्कुलमा म पहिलाेपल्ट मेराे बाबासँग भर्नाकाे लागि आएकाे थिएँ । विद्यालयको मूल गेटबाट भित्र आई भर्ना हुने ठाउँतिर लाग्यौँ । त्यहाँ एलिशा म्यामले विद्यालयबारे विस्तृतमा बताउनुभयो । भर्नाको काम पनि सबै सकियो । त्यसपछि बाबा र म विद्यालयको वरिपरि घुम्न थाल्यौँ । कक्षा ११ को पढाइ सुरु भइसकेको थियो । मलाई गुरुहरूले ढिला नगरी विद्यालय आउन भन्नुभयो र  हामी घर आयौँ ।
घर आएपछि म भोलि के होला भनेर सोचिरहेकाे थिएँ । भोलिदेखि नै मेरो विद्यालय सुरु थियो । केही डराएको पनि थिएँ । फरक विद्यालय, फरक वातावरण र फरक शिक्षक शिक्षिकाहरू । नयाँ साथीहरू सबै नयाँ । अर्को दिन जब म विद्यालय गएँ तब कक्षा सुरु भइसकेको थियो । मैले गुरुबालाई “म भित्र आऊँ” भनेर सोधेँ । उहाँले अनुमति दिनुभयो । म निकै नौलो परिवेशमा थिएँ ।  कक्षाकोठामा मैले कसैलाई पनि पहिले देखेको थिइनँ । पहिलो बेन्चमा एक जना चस्मा लगाएको साथीसँग बसेँ । 
भिन्न परिवेश र वातावरणमा घुलमिल हुन मलाई थोरै समय लाग्यो । मैले सिफल स्कुलका साथीहरूमा त्यो गुण पाएँ, जुन गुण मेरा पहिलेका साथीमा थियो । म पहिले पढेकाे स्कुलमा भएका साथीहसँग भए जस्तै महसुस भयो । त्यसपछि मलाई यो विद्यालयमा छुट्टै खालको रमाइलो महसुस हुन थाल्यो । समग्रमा मलाई यस विद्यालयमा अहिलेसम्म बिताएका पल निकै रमाइला लागेका छन् । गुरु गुरुआमाहरूले बुझ्ने गरी पढाउनुहुन्छ । माया गरेर सम्झाउनुहुन्छ । जसले गर्दा यहाँ कुनै कुराको कमी भएको छैन ।
अन्त्यमा अहिले पनि मलाई मेरो पहिलेको विद्यालय याद आउँछ । त्यो समय, ती साथीहरू, गुरुबा, गुरुमा, दिदी, दाइ सबै जनाको । तर यो विद्यालयमा म रमाउन, औधी रमाएको छु । मेराे पढाइ पनि ठिकै छ । यहाँको वातावरण निकै सफा, स्वच्छ र मनोरन्जन दिने खालको छ ।

is a sizable sum given the size of its economy, according to the World Bank. These
funds are used to pay for necessities like food, healthcare, education, and shelter,
among other things. Remittances also contribute to the decrease of poverty in
Nepal. With the money they send, migrants' families can raise their standard of
living, which lowers the country's overall poverty rate. Additionally, it generates
employment possibilities across a range of industries, including services, retail, and
construction, which helps the general economic prosperity of the nation.
Remittances have a considerable impact on Nepalese society's social and cultural
aspects as well. It's wise to have an alternative plan as a precaution. Remittances
also give families the means to better the health and education of their children,
which promotes social mobility. Remittance inflows can, however, also have some
bad repercussions, such as an over-reliance on them and the risk for brain drain, in
which highly skilled individuals leave their home nations in search of better
economic prospects outside. Therefore, it is essential that the government and other
interested parties endeavor to create a setting that is supportive to the country's
economic development and employment creation.

One simply cannot overstate the importance of remittances in Nepal. It has had a
big effect on how the country grows and changes in its money, people, and way of
life.But, it's imperative to take steps to develop a strong and independent economy
in order to avoid the country being unduly reliant on remittances.

मेरो मन अत्यन्त उदास छ,

भुलिएको आत्माको सङ्गीत अब सुनौँ

एक अन्तः स्थिरता भरपुर सङ्गीतमा,

जो पुरानो कल्पनाहरूलाई लुटाएको छ ।

मेरो पाँच चलिरहेका हुन् अत्यन्त गतिसहित,

खुसी र दुःखसहित पीर र व्यथासित

भुलिएको आत्माको उदासी रचना

जो म अकेलामा गर्दै छु झरी पारि ।

मेरो चराहरू आवाजमा गुन्जन गर्छन्,

जो मलाई अलग गर्छ, लुटाएको छायाको रूप,

एक अन्तःस्थिरता भरपुर सङ्गीतमा,

जो मलाई चाहिने साथीहरू नलागेका हुन् ।

त्यसैले मेरो आँखामा आँसुहरू झर्छन्,

जब म नाच्दै छु भुलिएको आत्माको उदासी रचना,

कुनै सङ्गीतले मलाई छुने एक बोली,

जो मसँग भावना लिन सक्दैनन् ।

The ability to comprehend and control one's own emotions as well as those of others is known as emotional intelligence. Strong emotional intelligence skills are more crucial than ever for students to acquire in the modern world. Students need to learn how to control their emotions and successfully connect with their peers and teachers considering the rising levels of stress and anxiety in schools. Social and emotional learning programs are one way to introduce emotional intelligence into the classroom. Learning social and emotional competencies, attitudes, and values that support people in controlling their emotions and forming wholesome interpersonal connections is an essential skill in today’s modern world.
        
Moreover, Emotional Intelligence assists students in recognizing their emotions, increasing their level of self-awareness, and learning how to control their emotions. Students can create good relationships, empathy, and understanding for others by learning how to communicate with others. This contributes to making schools more friendly and inclusive, which ultimately benefits all kids. Schools can be a better place in the presence of emotional intelligence among all the stakeholders. Furthermore, self - awareness, self - management, relationship management and social awareness are the four vital components of emotional intelligence. Similarly, bullying and other forms of violence will be decreased in schools if the students are emotionally intelligent. Strong emotional intelligence abilities enable students to handle conflicts and challenging circumstances without resorting to aggression or violence. All kids benefit from a safer and more encouraging learning environment as a result. This leads to a decrease in conflicts and creates a prosperous environment.  The ability of emotional intelligence is crucial and has numerous advantages for students. Students can learn how to recognize and control their emotions, speak clearly, and form wholesome connections by implementing social emotional learning in their classrooms.

In conclusion, emotional intelligence in schools is crucial for the holistic development of students. As a result, the learning atmosphere is safer and more encouraging, and students are better equipped to succeed in both their academic and personal lives in the future. Ultimately, children can be assisted in acquiring the abilities they need to thrive in today's dynamic environment by supporting emotional intelligence education in schools.

माघ १ गते माघे सङ्क्रान्ति विशेष पर्व हो । वि. सं. २०७९ माघ १, सधैँ जस्तै बिहान घाम लागिसकेको थियो ।  सबैजना आआफ्नो घर वा गन्तव्यमा गएर घिउ, चाकु, तरुल, खिचडी खाने याेजना बनाउँदै थिए, हाेलान् । बिहान १० बजेर ३२ मिनेटमा काठमाडौँबाट विमानले उडान लियो, पोखराका लागि । सफा मौसम र खुला आकाश, कति बेला घर पुगेर आमाले पकाएको तरुल चाकु खिचडी खान पाइन्छ भन्ने आकाशमै कल्पना गर्दै गर्दा ती सोच आकाशमै बिलाए । विमान सेती नदीको खोचमा खस्यो । 
यति एयरलाइन्सको त्यो विमानमा कुनै खराबी थिएन । मौसम पनि राम्रो थियो। विमान दुर्घटना भयो कसरी ? थोरै समय केही नभएको भए ती यात्रारत सम्पूर्ण मानिसले यो संसार गुमाउँदैनथे । कतिका पारिवार सखाप भए, कसैका श्रीमान्, कसैका श्रीमती, कसैका बाबु, कसैका आमा, कोही पनि जीवित रहेनन् । निशान्त अधिकारी जो कलाकार थिए उनी पनि रहेनन् । मानिसको जीवन कति बेला के हुन्छ, कसैलाई केही थाह नहुँदो रहेछ । को पाइलट अन्जु खतिवडाले त्यो उडानपछि पाइलटको अनुमति पाउने थिइन् । केही वर्ष अगाडि उनका श्रीमान्ले पनि यसरी नै हवाइ दुर्घटनामा ज्यान गुमाएका थिए । यसरी जहाज दुर्घटना हुनुमा मुख्य कारण चाहिँ के रहेछ त ? यो कुरा जान्नु आवश्यक छ । पहिलो कुरा हामीले यो बुझौँ कि ९० % जहाज अवतरणको क्रममा दुर्घटनामा पर्छन् । यतिको याे जहाज पनि अवतरणकै क्रममा दुर्घटनामा परेको थियो । यस अवतरणमा को पाइलटको सानो गल्तीले जहाज दुर्घटनामा परेको थियो । जहाज अवतरण गर्दै गर्दा एक किसिमको उपकरण ओराल्नु पर्नेमा अर्कै किसिमको उपकरण गल्तीवश ओरालिएको कारण जहाजमा इन्धन आउन बन्द भयो र दुर्घटना भयाे । जहाज अलि माथि धेरै उचाइमा उडिरहेको भए यो समस्या तत्काल समाधान हुन्थ्यो तर जहाज जमिनबाट  धेरै उचाइमा थिएन । जहाज सेती खोँचमा खस्यो ।

समग्रमा एउटा सानो गल्तीले धेरै चोट, व्यथा, पीडा र मानवीय क्षति हुन सक्छ । आज यो घटना भएको दुई महिनाभन्दा धेरै भइसकेको छ । यो दुर्घटनाले धेरै मानिसलाई पीडा दिएको छ । ७२ जना मानिसले अकालमा ज्यान गुमाएका छन् । परिवारको विछोड भएको छ । यस्तो कहालीलाग्दो घटना अब कहिल्यै नहोस् । कहिल्यै सुन्नु नपरोस् ।

नेपाल र नेपालजस्ता विकासाेन्मुख देशमा बालबालिकाहरूकाे बेचबिखन भइरहेको छ । यस्ताे बेचबिखन भनेकाे गैरकानुनी रूपमा बेच्ने र किन्ने काम हो । नेपालमा पनि यसरी बालबालिका बेचबिखनमा  लाग्नेहरू धेरै छन् । बेचबिखन गर्नेहरूले ग्रामीण इलाकामा गएर गरिब र सरल विचार भएका मानिसहरूलाई आफ्ना केटीहरूलाई लाभदायक कामको आश्वासन दिन्छन् र गरिबहरू फन्दामा पर्छन् । 
बालबालिका बेचबिखनका कारण विशेष गरी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रका धेरै महिलाहरू अझै पनि निर्धक्क भएर घरबाट निस्कन सकेका छैनन् । कसैलाई घरायसी कामका लागि बेचेर पनि दुर्व्यवहार र यातना दिइन्छ । कतिपयलाई आफ्नो कामको कुनै पारिश्रमिक नदिई त्यहाँ काम गर्न कारखाना मालिकहरूलाई बेचिन्छ । बेचिएका बालबालिकाहरूलाई भारतलगायत तेस्राे मुलुकमा लैजान्छन् र वेश्यालयका मालिकलाई बेच्छन् । जहाँ उनीहरूलाई वेश्यावृत्तिमा लगाइन्छ । जहाँ उनीहरूले दैनिक धेरै ग्राहकहरूलाई सेवा दिनुपर्छ । 
कतिपय बालिकाहरूलाई घरायसी काममा लगाइन्छ । श्रमशाेषण गरिन्छ । कसैकाे सम्पर्कमा आउन दिइँदैन ।  यसरी बेचिएका केहीकाे शरीरका अङ्गहरू निकालिन्छ र महँगाे मूल्यमा बिक्री गरिन्छ । उनीहरूको जीवन निकै दुःखदायी हुन्छ । उनीहरू कसैकाे सहयाेगमा वा कुनै संस्थाले सहयाेग गरी घर फर्किए भने समाजले उनीहरूलाई हेर्ने दृष्टि नै फरक हुन्छ । उनीहरू घर परिवार वा समाजमा पुनः स्थापित हुन सक्दैनन् ।
बालिका बेचबिखन नेपालको प्रमुख समस्या हो । यसका कारणहरू भनेकाे गरिबी प्रमुख कारण हो । हाम्रो देशमा धेरैजसाे मानिसले रोजगारी नपाएकाले पैसा कमाउन सक्दैनन् र अरूकाे प्रलाेभनमा सजिलै फस्छन् ।  देशका कतिपय ठाउँमा खानेकुरा नहुँदा जनता भोकै बस्न बाध्य छन् । त्यसैले तस्करहरूलाई राम्रो पैसाको प्रलोभनमा बाँड्न सजिलो हुन्छ । यी समस्याहरूको अर्को कारण विशेष गरी महिलाहरू बेचबिखनबारे सचेत छैनन् । उनीहरू कसरी दलालको फन्दामा परेर बेचियो भन्ने पनि थाहा पाउँदैनन् । 
यो समस्याको अर्को कारण खुला सिमाना पनि हो । भारतसँगको नेपालकाे खुला सिमाना भएका कारण तस्करहरूले बालिकालाई सजिलै भारत र भारत हुँदै अर्काे देश लैजान्छन् । देशबाहिर रहेका तस्करलाई पक्रन पनि गाह्रो छ । त्यसैले तस्करहरूले भारतसँगको खुला सिमानाको फाइदा उठाइरहेका छन् । सरकारले तस्करलाई कारबाही गर्न कुनै कडा कदम चाल्दैन, त्यसैले तस्करहरू यस्ताे कार्यमा सक्रिय भइरहन्छन् । त्यसैले याे समस्या समाधान गर्न सरकार, नागरिक र सम्पूर्ण सराेकारवाला निकाय लाग्नुपर्छ । बालबालिका बेचबिखनमा लाग्नेलाई कडाभन्दा कडा कारवाही गर्नुपर्छ ।
