My school’s name is Sifal Secondary School. I read in Grade 3, Kanchenjunga. My favorite food is mo: mo. I like to play on the trampoline. I like the white color. I like to visit new places. Once upon a time, there was a village. Many people lived in the village. Ram, one of the villagers did not help other villagers when they needed help. His wife always requested him to help others when they needed his help. All the villagers had their own farm and harvested wheat. Ram also harvested crops but he did not get enough for his family. The villagers found out Ram’s problem. They shared a little number of their crops with Ram so he could have food. He was very happy at that moment. Ram thought that he was very unkind because he did not help any of the villagers. After that day he started helping others. We should also help the neighbors in times of need.
On Saturday, I went to whoopee land with my family to celebrate my birthday. It is located at Chobar near Kirtipur. It is a fun park. There are so many games in the park. There are swimming pools, gardens, water slides, ball ride, thrill ride, etc. I enjoyed it a lot at the Ghost house and Jurassic Park. I saw many dinosaurs there. I saw the trees of oranges, grapes and Kiwi fruit. I enjoyed eating juice and treat biscuit. We clicked photos with friends and teachers. I played with my friends in the park.

Chess, boxing, ludo, table tennis are indoor games and football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, swimming are outdoor games. Among all these games, I love to play chess and swimming. Swimming is played in the swimming pool. We need to put on swimming goggles, cap and take a tube for safety. Swimming makes us fit.
Janai Purnima is a Hindu festival celebrated all over the country with family get-togethers and feasts of Kwati. Janai is a cotton string worn across the chest by Hindus. This thread is only given to males during a long and impressive religious ceremony called Bratabandha. Newars of Kathmandu call this festival Gunhi Punhi and they prepare a soup of a mixture of beans called Kwati as special food for the day. Kwati is a nutritious soup made from sprouted beans.

It is the story of when I was in Grade one. One night my sister fell sick. There was only my mother, my younger sister and me at the house. My father had gone to the village. That night my mother called one of the neighboring aunts. She came to my house and my mother went to the hospital with her. I would have been alone but the daughter of that helpful aunt stayed with me. The next morning, the sister made breakfast for me. Their kind act means a lot to us.
