Venus is the second closest planet to the sun. It is the brightest and hottest planet. It is also called the morning star. Venus and Earth are similar to each other. They are similar in size and age. Venus is an active planet. It has mountains and volcanoes. The clouds in Venus are yellow in colour. It is the only planet in the solar system that rotates clockwise. The atmospheric pressure in Venus is 75-100 times greater than Earth.
