There are more than 195 countries in the world. Countries have national animals to represent their history and traditions. Every country has their own national animal. Nepal’s national animals are cows, India’s are tigers, China’s are giant pandas, etc. In Nepal people worship cows. Cows are also printed in Nepal’s currency. Cows are also worshipped in Tihar. It is illegal to kill or eat cows in Nepal but it is legal to eat the dairy products made from their milk. National animals are very important. They have to be preserved.
