Mental Health Lacking Around Men

Month of June is also  known as men’s mental health awareness month. This reflects an organized manner of showing tribute and considering the factor of showing the awareness through a mental being of a man. The awareness of gratitude is soon to have a consideration of mental fitness which a human being needs for its survival.

 

Furthermore going with the reports more than 6 million men suffer from depression each year. While a huge percentage of male depression is under diagnosed. There are various factors which causes depression in men: forced to be the breadwinner, if not, they are labelled as a lesser creature. Next is the consumption of alcohol and drugs. Many percent of the world population is right now in the dangerous condition of consuming different alcohol products from which they think they can escape from their hard time but it shows the negative part of the body problems which indirectly also affects the mental problem of human beings. The wanting of such materials causes anxiety and depression in which further leads to suicide and brain damages which consist of different health effects as well violent and aggressive behavior can also be taken part of the symptoms of having a bad mental health. 

 

By challenging societal norms, increasing education and awareness, and enhancing support networks, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment where men feel empowered to prioritize their mental well-being. It is essential to recognize the importance of mental health for men and to work towards creating a society where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength rather than weakness. By following the solutions there can be improvement in men's health that can lead to less number of deaths. Tailored support programs are essential. Promoting healthy masculinity should be promoted rather than the traditional expressionless, stoic form. Education, encouragement and workplace initiative is key, this unique predicament we face must be faced immediately or there will be massive consequences. Although having a great mental and physical health which boost the mindset and well being of a person will and shall be beneficial into day to day life which also make people more productive.
