Prickly heat is also called heat rashes and miliaria. As summer is here and the temperature is at its peak, we children and adults can easily get prickly heat. In summer, we sweat a lot. We may get dehydrated and lose a lot of water from our bodies. We get prickly heat and rashes on our bodies.

Prickly heat rashes are small but larger in number. It itches a lot, especially at night. There are a lot of ways to get rid of prickly heat. On average, it lasts for two to three days. We can use anti-fungal cream and prickly heat powders like Candid, Nycil, Johnson's, etc. We should drink plenty of water, bathe regularly, swim, use loose cotton clothes, and keep our body parts free from sweat and dirt to prevent prickly heat. It would be best if you stayed fresh and hydrated during the summer season.
