Television is a complicated invention. It has also evolved a lot. Its short form is TV. In the old days, it could only be used for entertainment, but nowadays we have a TV called a smart TV. A long time ago, there was no such thing as a television. But television was first successfully demonstrated in San Francisco on September 7, 1927. It was designed by the one and only Philo Taylor Farnsworth. He had been working on it since 1920. At that time, electric TV was also introduced. The old TV screen used to be black and white and were very heavy and bulky. They also did not have a wireless remote. Color-screen TVs became popular during the 1950s. Because TVs were getting popular, other companies started to make them and add new features. Slowly, flat TVs, curved TVs, LCD TVs, and LED TVs started to evolve. Nowadays, some TVs can have touch screens. TVs have all the features of a mobile phone. On TV, we can watch normal programs, YouTube, and other apps.
