I play ITF in my school. I have ITF classes once a week. My ITF teacher’s name is Jeevan sir. We can protect ourselves by learning ITF. My dream is to achieve black belt in ITF. Before I thought ITF was hard but now it is easy for me. We have learned many ITF patterns. ITF can help us to be fit and healthy. I present ITF patterns in my DSN as well. I love doing ITF. My best friend Divij is also good in ITF. ITF has made me strong and healthy.
