Nowadays, being healthy, having a fresh mind, and having a good academic excellence is what gives you great opportunities. Thinking with a fresh mind can give you better ideas, and school is not only to help you grow academically but also is a space for personal growth. Extracurricular activities are something that provides you joy and a break from the hectic, chaotic world. Everyone can study and get good marks but having a special ability to do something else makes you more special than others.

Who knows what life leads to? For example, if you enjoy singing, dancing, playing basketball, and other sports and become good at it, maybe you can be professional at these things in the future. I believe that things should not be taken for granted and take all the opportunities that come your way even if you fail or succeed at them. Failure is something that makes you understand what you need to improve not something you need to fear of. Every time you fail you learn new things each time. High school often brings intense academic pressure and high expectations. Extracurricular activities are a valuable way to relieve stress. Participating in activities such as music, art, and sports allows one to relax, and find a favorable balance between academic challenges and personal wellbeing. This promotes better mental well-being and promotes a more positive high school experience. Extracurricular activities teach you to be experienced in life and being experienced at most things is a way to succeed.

Being active in extra activities not only improves your social life but as well as it builds up your confidence to do new things. I don't mean that you only need to focus on extracurricular activities but do multitasking. Multitasking from the school level can make your way to college a bit easier. It trains us to manage our time and finish things on time. College tends to seek diverse skills from an individual, so if you have an extra skill then it will keep you on the top list. Being active in extracurricular activities can also help to bring out the leadership qualities that an individual has to offer. It also provides a time to bond with new people and learn to adjust to new environments.

In conclusion, academic success alone is not enough in today's world. I fully support exploring all new activities because it promotes skill. Even if you feel socially awkward, it is important to keep going and not give up. The opportunities offered by schools must be seized, participation in extracurricular activities significantly improves an individual's quality of life. It is an important step towards personal growth and a more fulfilling life.
