Sports are fun physical activities. It could be running, jumping, swimming or other forms of activities when we function physically. Sports not only keep us fit but they keep our mind and soul healthy and fresh too. It is said that we can get control over anger when we play games. Sports teach us discipline and make us active. 

Our body functions well when we are involved in sports. The internal organs like heart, kidney etc also start functioning well when we are involved in sports regularly. 

It is also a helpful medium to make new friends as we get to interact with many people while playing sports.
