Something isn’t right
Someone's eyes are gazing through me
I turn back to see what it is
It's just a person
A person whose eyes shine like rubies to me
A person who is very curious about me
A person who is very scared to talk to anyone but me
It's a person very special to me
I don’t know who they are
Or where they are from
I just know they are here
With me, knowing everything about me
“I know sometime it’s hard, but I’m always here for you”
Are the words they say in my every despair
I don’t know if they are truths or lies
But I want to believe it
As noone has said those kind words to me
So truthfully, I trust them with my everything
My sadness, my happiness my pain I told them all about it
They listened through every one of them without even flinching
As, I shared my everything
While they told nothing
I still didn’t know who they were
Or where they were from
But who knew? After telling everything they took of their mask
They told people by exaggerating all of my pains and fears
People whispered, “Oh! What an attention seeker”
But did they know that all of it was true
But they exaggerated everything to make me seem like the villain
And make the traitor seem like the victim
Was it inconvenient for you? You should’ve told me you were not interested
I said but all they did was laugh and mock me
I was the victim, I needed justice
But oh, no one no one listened to my screams
My screams of trying to reveal the truth
They say the “truth” always wins, but no that’s just a myth
