Sports are those activities which involve physical actions and skill. Physical means related to a body. There are various types of sports such as basketball, football, cricket, volleyball etc. Sports help us stay healthy and fit. It helps us to remove harmful chemicals from our body.
We also have a good sleep when we play sports. This will help to help our brain function and focus well.
People of all ages should take part in sports because it's the best exercise for our body.
