Solukhumbu is an amazing district in Nepal, located high in the mountains. It is famous for having the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. People from different countries come here to try to climb it!
The people who live in Solukhumbu are called Sherpas. They are really skilled at climbing mountains because they have extensive knowledge about them. They have vibrant festivals with dancing and wear colourful clothes. Their homes are made of sturdy stones, and they grow tasty foods like potatoes and corn.
In Solukhumbu, you can see cute animals like yaks and beautiful birds. There are special places called teahouses for visitors to stay and rest. However, it is important to be careful and not generate too much garbage, so the mountains remain beautiful.
Solukhumbu is a unique place with towering mountains, friendly Sherpas, and plenty of exciting things to discover!
