Outdoor games are played outside our home in the field or playground.These days outdoor games like football, volleyball, cricket, badminton are popular. Outdoor games keep us fit and healthy. Outdoor games also increase our stamina.They refresh our mind and body. It is a good source of entertainment and fun activities that we can play with our friends and family. These days people are avoiding outdoor games because they spend most of their time on gadgets. They have more interest in online surfing and games. Online games are affecting our mental and physical health. We should avoid online games and show more interest in outdoor games. One with the proper training can be a sports person in the future.
