A season is a division of the year based on changes in weather. There are four seasons in a year, and one of them is the rainy season.
The rainy season starts in June and ends in August. It rains a lot during this time, so people carry umbrellas and raincoats throughout the day, as it can rain at any time. It is also known as the wet season. Many people enjoy the rainy season. Since it is cold during this time, people like to have hot food and beverages. However, some people may get sick due to the daily work demands of the rainy season. Additionally, it can cause disasters such as floods and landslides. Rain can also lead to lightning, which may damage houses and devices. Therefore, it is advised to keep our devices off during heavy rainfall.
The rainy season is also considered the most beautiful season. Sitting outside when it rains can make us feel energised and calm. It is delightful to see children playing with paper boats in the small ponds. Fruits found in the rainy season include pears, jamuns, litchis, peaches, cherries, etc. I also enjoy the rainy season, as it provides fresh air to breathe. Sometimes, when it rains heavily, hailstones also fall, and it is a lot of fun to play with them, just like playing with snow or ice cubes. Furthermore, the rainy season is beneficial for farmers.
