There are eight planets in our solar system. Planets always move around the sun. They all borrow light from the Sun. The first planet is mercury. It is the closest planet to the Sun. Venus is the second planet. It is very Hot. I have watched a video about planets. It said that venus is very hot because it traps heat.
Third planet from the Sun is the earth. Earth has 70 percent of water and 30 percent of land. The fourth planet from the Sun is Mars. It is red in color. The fifth planet is Jupiter. It is the biggest planet. It has many moons.
The sixth planet is Saturn. It has beautiful rings. The second last planet is Uranus. It is the coldest planet. Neptune is the last planet and it is very far from Sun.
