Is Yoga a need of time?

Yoga is an ancient physical practice that helps to connect our mind and body. It is a type of exercise that helps to relax our muscles. It is a type of medicine for our body. It is a great method to relieve stress and anxiety. Due to its effectiveness now it is spread all over the world.

The literal meaning of yoga is to join. It helps to find your inner self. It helps to calm your body spirit and mind so it helps us focus.  It is a popular way to be at peace. Doing yoga makes one more productive and concentrated. It is the only way that brings complete conditioning to our body to make it comfortable. It is a permanent way of positivity, It ensures us to have good mental and physical health and good fitness. It also helps to build muscular strength. There are many postures or Asanas you can do as there is a wide range of them. If yoga is practised on a regular basis it can aid the root of many problems in our body. It makes us feel younger,refreshed and active for the day. There are many periods for yoga so you can perform it at any time like the morning, evening, or afternoon.

It keeps the body relaxed and flexible for a long period. It also improves sleeping patterns, breathing patterns and regulates blood flow .21st of June is also celebrated as International Yoga Day to realise its importance. There are no religious or age boundaries to practise yoga. If you manage a consistent routine, you will be able to lead a healthy life without any health or physical complications. Doing yoga also helps to increase patience in a person. It helps us to live a healthy, prosperous, and long life without any complications related to health on the way. By doing yoga our body becomes more flexible and healthy . In all, it helps to improve our complete well-being and provides us with better mental and physical clarity to learn properly and concentrate.

The practice of yoga is a great habit for anyone, no matter the age. As long as you practise, you will become skilled. It also helps in increasing our productivity and helps to maintain good posture. It is a good holistic health for everyone as it keeps them healthy and the health obtained from it is a mixture of the body and the mind. It is an extremely powerful tool when it comes to purifying ourselves. It is one of the most popular means for internal/external transportation and overall physical well-being.
