We get food from plants, animals, birds. Plants give us different types of vegetables and fruits. Animals give us milk and meat. Some of the vegetables that we get from plants are potato, tomato, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, etc. some of the fruits are apples, bananas, oranges, mangoes, grapes, watermelon, etc. Animals like goats, yaks, cows, buffalo, etc give us milk. We get curd, yogurt, cheese, butter from milk. Animals like goat, pigfish, hen, give us meat. We get eggs from birds like hens, ducks.
