March 8 is International Women's Day, a time to celebrate women's demand for equality and fight for basic rights and freedom. It started in New York City in 1908. All people participate in Women's Day for many different reasons. But the main goal is gender equality. Today's women have all the same opportunities as men, but it's not true in some areas, such as education, rights, school study, etc. Cause of women's revolution: stop violence, freely talk, watch films, music events, etc. There is still a lot of work to be done for gender equality, but they are still fighting for it and a new generation. In Nepal, Anuradha Koirala and many more people fight for equality and freedoms.
