Football is a popular outdoor game. It is played in a football stadium. It was invented in China around 476 B.C. It is a 90 mins game divided into two halves of 45 mins each. It is played between two teams with a maximum of eleven players in each. The players are divided into four positions: goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and forwards. Some of the most popular players are Pele, Diego Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
