Health is Wealth

Every person must take good care of their health. To maintain good health, we must eat hygienic food, do exercise daily, drink plenty of water, and sleep for eight hours. We must brush our teeth twice a day. We should take bath regularly and wear clean clothes. Health is the most valuable thing and we must stay healthy. A healthy person can achieve happiness and success. So, we must keep ourselves healthy.
