Our fantasies, what we wish to experience are seen in our dreams. Dreaming is a natural process often seen during the REM phase of our sleep. REM is the rapid eye movement stage that often starts 90 minutes after we fall asleep. According to science, it is believed that dreams are not random; they just pop out of what we do while we are awake. We dream to relax. Dreaming is directly proportional to the rate of our breathing; slow breathing gives us light sleep whereas deep sleep often results in heavy breathing. Dreams are not based on Physics nor they follow logic. In the 1900's, a novel named ‘Interpretation of Dreams’ talks about how we understand dreams and crack codes based on real life. According to science, our brain can be rewired. For example, if we are blindfolded, our neurons would picturize new things and give us new sights of vision. Also, there is a mystery about science regarding dreams: dreams are all the biological causes and they are caused by the neurological noises. This process is called Activation Synthesis Dream. Basically, dreams do not really have logic and they are not based on science yet the process of dreaming is scientific. Dreams could also be defined as recalling the memories we had. We can dream anything that our brain can think but there is one thing that is quite a question to me- what happens after we die? Do we still dream? The question still remains perplexing and no one can dream after death, I suppose, since we have never experienced it.
