Kathmandu is the capital of our country. Kathmandu is surrounded by hills and mountains. It is a very beautiful city but it has been polluted in various ways. All the rivers of Kathmandu are polluted because drains from houses and factories are mixed in the rivers. People throw plastic wrapper and garbage on the road which pollutes the environment. In Kathmandu, there are many old vehicles, they emit smoke and produce irritating sounds, which is bad for our health. We need to reduce the pollution to make Kathmandu clean and beautiful.
