Healthy food is good for our body. We have to  eat green vegetables because it gives us energy and we will always stay away from any disease. We have to eat dry fruits and pulses to make our brain sharp. We should not eat junk food because it is bad for our health. There are many types of healthy food like cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy, meat products, etc.
