YG Entertainment
YG Entertainment, a South Korean entertainment company founded by Yang Hyun-Suk in 1996, Many people call out YG Entertainment for being a bad company, but I believe YG is one of the best among all the companies out there. There were many ups and downs for them, but I believe the company had nothing to do with it.
Firstly, they do care about their artists. People blame YG for mistreating their idols, but I do not think that's true. It is true that the company delays their idol's comebacks and gives more breaks to their idols than other companies, but the reason for that is so the idols have a better time working on themselves and their music. They do let their idols work for half a year or a full year, and after that, a break is needed, so I do not really see a problem with that. People also complain about the payments to the artists. It is said that YG pays their artists according to their interests and not the artist, but I highly disagree. The artists in the company are getting paid fairly, and the artists also earn extra money from commercials, movies, modelling, brand promotion, etc.
Some of the groups under YG Entertainment are or were: SECHS KIES, BIGBANG, 2NE1, AKMU, WINNER, IKON, BLACKPINK, TREASURE, and BABYMOSTER.

JYP Entertainment
JYP Entertainment, a South Korean entertainment company founded by Park Jin Young in 1997, is the youngest out of the big 3 (SM, JYP, and YG). Among many companies, JYP Entertainment is one of the best known in Korea. Among many companies, they have an average treatment for their artists. They have good health cafes and take good care of the idols' mental health. But the reason for artists' poor mental health is the company itself; they overwork their artists a lot. JYP Entertainment artists have the most comebacks and promotions, which causes mental and physical problems for the artists.
Overall, they are a good company, but they do not really have the best management.
Some of the groups under JYP are: 2PM, DAY6, TWICE, STARYKIDS, ITZY, NMIXX, NIZIU, and XDINARY HEROES.

HYBE entertainment
HYBE entertainment, a South Korean entertainment company, was founded by Bang Si-Hyuk in 2005. Hybe Entertainment changed its name from Big Hit and only recently got highlighted after they decided to grow the company for business. They were already big as they had one of the biggest k-pop groups under them, BTS, but just last year they expanded their company and added more sub-labels under their name, like Pledis Entertainment, Source Entertainment, ADOR, BELIFT LAB, K’Oz, Supertone Inc., Superb Corp., HYBE America, and Japan. Honestly, debuting under HYBE Entertainment can be a 50-50 shot. Yes, the groups under HYBE are good and pretty popular, but debuting under HYBE will come with its own problems. People expect a lot from groups debuting under HYBE, and there will be a huge hype for it. There will definitely be pressure on the artists as well, as a lot of great groups have debuted before them, and if the groups don't really match the expectations of the viewers, then it will take time for the group to shine. Hybe, in my opinion, focuses more on dance and vocals, and when it comes to music, they try different things on different artists, which is good because it gives the artists enough time to rest. But regarding managing the idols, they fall behind because they are focused on so many things that they poorly manage their idols and fail to protect them when it comes to negativity. So in my opinion, HYBE mostly focuses on the groups that are already very popular and focuses on making them more popular, while they don't care much about the group that is failing, which makes the company look poor.
Some groups under HYBE entertainment are: BTS, SEVENTEEN, FROMIS_9, TXT, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, NEW JEANS, and more.
