The best Nepali dish is probably momo'. It is steamed and served with spicy tomato sauce and also includes Jhol momo, which comes in a soup with fried momo.
Gundruk is also a favourite Nepali dish; it is made from fermented and dried mustard greens. It is used as a soup or pickle fry with onions, tomatoes, and spices.
