It was the year of 2019 when there was no word of Covid 19. I was bored and monotonous of daily routine so I was arguing to take a leave from school and visit somewhere and my father agreed. It was a trip under the boundary of Nepal but no, it was a trip to the Land Of Smiles : Thailand. I was not excited listening to this, I was hyper excited listening to this. I had several domestic Flights before this but this was my first international flight and visit. My fathers friend's family was also coming with us and I was more excited as my fathers friend had a son and a daughter similar to my age. The trip was one week later so that was the longest week ever in my life.

It was June 7, 2019, and this was the day. Our flight was at 1pm and it took us 3 hours to reach there. The plane was a bit delayed, not so long. We finally took off. I was expecting a Thai dish but as it was Nepal airlines they were planning for a regular boring meal - Rice, Dal and Curry. I ate it feeling sick of eating those everyday, even on a plane. As I was good at maths, I calculated that we would reach at 3pm but surprisingly we reached at 5pm. After I did some research I found that it was 2 hrs faster from Nepal. We landed at Suvarnabhumi airport which was situated in Bangkok. It was the 7th best airport in the world. From there we went directly to Pattaya. There was an AC in the car so I didn't feel so hot.

We had to go to PhuPhaya hotel. After we reached there, I opened the door of the car. A sudden jerk of boiling hot air hit me and I was suffocated. Nepalese staying in 17 degree Celcius had to face 39 Degree celsius there. I ran inside the hotel and felt better there. We had already booked the rooms so we directly went to our room and slept awaiting the hot morning of June 8. We woke up at 6 as the sun rose early there. I went to have breakfast and was shocked to see the amount of breakfast people took there. So I also ate everything there and was as full as I could be. Without delay we went to the coast of the Ocean. It was a bit cold at the Shore. Then a boat came and took us to coral island. The speed of the boat was faster than any vehicle in Nepal. After that, I landed on Coral Island which was very sunny, hot and enjoyable. After I saw the ocean, I ran to swim there ignoring my mother who was calling me to scrub sunscreen. It was the biggest mistake I made there as I had a terrible sunburn on my shoulders. It was untouchable and my father was disappointed with me. The next day we headed towards Bangkok. As we headed too early we stopped in a mine and had a visit there. It was a place where a functioning Dummy showed the process of finding gems and we had to sit on a roller coaster enjoying it rather than the process of mining. It was fun and we continued the journey towards bangkok.

In Bangkok we went to a huge aquarium where we were under the glass and the sharks, dolphins and whales were free. I was happy to see the animals free and we were under a cage. We also went shopping there as it was cheap there. We shopped 3 bags full there and went to the hotel using a metro. We went to a cowboy show where there were real gunshots and it was fun. We also saw a dolphin show where a dolphin jumped and an elephant show where an elephant danced in a ball. We also went to a zoo again where we were in a car and animals were free. We also went to a golden palace which was very beautiful.

We returned after a 6 day trip. It has been the best visit experience and will be remembered even near death.
