On November 11th, we were taken to the Metropolitan traffic police division. To be honest, I was quite excited to visit there. I had never been there before. I always wondered about how it would be like to be in a place like that. I know it now, it is quite interesting and informative.

At first, we lined up and were taken to the control room and what was it like you may ask. The first glimpse of it was unbelievable. They had a wall full of TV monitoring different CCTV footage of Kathmandu valley and more. One friendly police officer began to explain the working process of that room and he also answered some of our questions clearing all of our doubts. Once we were done with that room, we proceeded to the other one. That room had plenty of people already who were totally unknown to us. After watching a video, we were out of there as we didn't have much time to watch the video. Then we were taken to the room which had students from another school. They showed a couple of videos to us which were completely related to traffic rules and regulations. Then, we were taken to the other side of the building. I wasn't expecting to come across a recording studio there. They had their own radio line too. When we were done with that building, we took a group photo with some traffic officers. So, this was the end of our field trip and we came back to school.
