Mobile phones are one of the most commonly used gadgets in today's world. Mobile phones are very beneficial. They also come with a lot of disadvantages. Firstly, they create distance between people. Mobile phones cause many ailments. When we use phones for a long time, our eyesight gets weaker. They cause strain on our brains. We also suffer from headaches. watery eyes, sleeplessness, and more We must limit our mobile phone usage and not let it control us.
