Overwhelmed by moments
That I can never thrive within
I am scared of commitments
That'll take me too far and away
Will I be able to keep it?
Is all I can wonder about
When the past says you were never any good
And the future says bewildered as you were before
Awakened by thought itself
I remember future is all but a mere contemplation
Swirling thoughts and i come back to
A fear that fears of being gone
And blown away by skepticism
Amongst such thoughts
I resist to come back because
I hear the calling
I feel its presence
And I know that
It's right there
Its called present
That says to me “hang on dear”
"Don't get swayed away"
"Thoughts have dark intentions"
"Don't listen to them and hear me"
"Just hang on, I am right here"
"Come to me and let go of all your fears"
