Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice that includes breathing techniques, physical postures, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga has slowly gained popularity and has now spread in all regions. It can help to improve a person's mental well-being, respiration, energy and vitality. Regular yoga practice brings calmness and clarity; it also relieves stress, depression, and anxiety. It also helps in increasing our muscle strength, body tone, and flexibility. We practice several postures and asanas. It gives us a feeling of healthiness.
Yoga origanated over 5,000 years ago. It has been performed since ancient times by Yogis. In the past, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism practised it, and slowly it spread to western countries. Since then, people from all over the world perform yoga to keep their minds and bodies fit.
There are many places where professional yogis teach yoga for people's benefit.
