Teej is the biggest festival for women in Nepal. It is called Haritalika Teej. I enjoyed the festival because I noticed my mother and aunts dancing. The Teej festival is celebrated in Bhadra. At this festival, women stay in fast. Before they fast, they eat a variety of delicious foods known as "Dar." On Teej, they dance to the songs of Teej, especially related to women.
