I love the river,
And the noise it makes,
It really fascinates me,
Seeing the only path it takes.
The trees are nearby,
And so are the birds chirping,
And behind the trees,
I can see the deers lurking.
The view is mesmerizing,
And so are the sounds that follow,
I can hear the the happiness of the animals,
And the sounds of sorrow.
The battery is done,
The machine has stopped working,
The world has gone quiet,
The time has stopped ticking.
I can’t see the deer,
I can’t hear where it went lurking,
I can see the birds,
But I can’t hear them chirping.
The music of the river,
Is no longer there,
The sounds of the animals,
I can no longer hear.
