Dinosaurs existed in the Triassic period (252 to 201 million years ago). Dinosaurs are the group of reptiles that have lived on earth for about 245 million years. Its meaning is Deinos, "fearfully great" and sauros, meaning lizards. There were more than 700 spices. They lived on all continents. There are seven types of dinosaurs; they are iguanodon, dinosaurus, tyrannosaurus. Among all the dinosaurs, Tyrannosaurus rex is the strongest one, also called the king of dinosaurs. They ruled the world 66 million years ago. The causes of their deaths are also said to be due to the following reasons: toxic volcanic gases and dust; asteroid impact; climate change. However, everything we know about our extinct dinosaur now is based on fossils, bones, teeth, footprints, tracks, eggs, and skin impressions.
