Playing video games is a fun and relaxing way to unwind. They assist those who are lonely in making friends and joining a group. There are several examples of how kids with developmental problems are taught social skills and how to function in society. It aids in their overall growth and aids in the development of their brains. There is a drawback, too, in that excessive gaming can lead to addiction. We cannot go to this degree because it would be detrimental to everyone concerned.People frequently manage their time such a way that they go to either work or school, do what needs to be done, then return home and spend all of their time playing video games. They frequently consider this to be a good compromise. Not at all.

To split life in between the two is unhealthy. As a result, social isolation may develop and socialization skills may deteriorate. Additionally, this may lead to behavioral problems. Teenagers who spend their time in this way do not acquire the fundamental abilities needed to contribute to society and hold professions.Even the people who are married are impacted by this problem. There are several tales of spouses who work all day, then come home to play while the house or kids are neglected. As a result, one parent is left to carry the whole burden of the household, which is very stressful and difficult. Additionally, it may cause relationships to end.It is important to strike a balance so that people may spend time with their friends and family as well.

When someone spends hours playing video games, they don't have time for any physical activity like walking. It can result in incorrect posture, impaired vision, carpal tunnel syndrome, and discomfort and pains. In severe circumstances, it might result in neurological problems and migraines. Lack of movement can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disorders, and long-term postural problems. Strokes can also be caused by in-game rage.

After playing for so long, many gamers find it difficult to reintegrate into society. They frequently attempt to behave in the real world as they would in video games. They run the risk of hurting both themselves and others in this way. Like the event where a little child shot a stranger on the street in the hopes that he would turn into a zombie like characters in the game he was playing. This is a severe example of detachment from reality and confusion.

If too much time is spent playing intensive games, addiction can also cause paranoia and anxiety. Additionally, it may result in mental regression and a loss of social abilities.Fortunately, there are also treatment facilities for this addiction, allowing those who seek assistance to resume their normal lives. However, recovery does not always come through treatment, so individuals must be cautious and learn self-control when it comes to how much time is spent playing video games.

There still has to be control and regulation even if video games are a great way for someone to unwind, relax, and find amusement. The development of an addiction from excessive gaming can seriously impede a person's development and wellbeing. Video games are a tool that should be utilized for enjoyment or social interaction. If we permit this to become a way of life, it turns into a serious problem. Family life is also disrupted. Therefore, we must address this problem in order to prevent it from controlling people's lives and futures.
