My country’s name is Nepal. Nepal is a small country but it is full of natural beauties.
It is also a country of peace and love. It is famous for brave Gorkhalis. The world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, is in Nepal.
Nepal is rich in culture, tradition and civilization. It is divided into three geographical
regions. Many rivers flow from the mountains to the hills and plain land of Terai. Nepal is also famous for water resources, forests, hills and himalayas. We love our country, Nepal, very much. Our country is like heaven.
Nepal is a landlocked country. It lies between two big countries, India and China. Nepali people like a peaceful environment. There are many castes, culture, tradition and religion. But we are living in unity, in diversity.
Many national personalities were born in Nepal. Nepal is the country where Gautam
Buddha was born, Gautam Buddha is also known as the light of Asia. Prithivi Narayan Shah
united many small kingdoms to form a country, Nepal. He is known as the father of the nation.
Amar Singh Thapa, Bhakti Thapa, Bhimsen Thapa, Sita, Bhrikuti were also born in Nepal.
We feel proud to be Nepali. We are all ready to sacrifice ourselves for the nation. We
Nepalese people respect and help each other. We feel that mother and motherland are the same.
