June 10, Friday was the last day at the basic block of DSS. I am going to remember the past days because I had memories with my old friends. I was here since my first grade and I made many friends and I also made some best friends. We used to have fights about football in the past and nowadays it has become much more extreme. I am also going to remember these fights we had about football.
I will also remember about the Deerwalk Sifal Night, Poetry Competition, Debate Night, Appreciation Card Distribution day, House Competition and so on. When we were little kids my friends used to play all the time with me during lunch break. I used to wear a hat all the time even in summer and my friend teased me for wearing a hat, they would take off my hat and run away or play with it. I really used to get mad because they used to laugh at me for wearing a hat. Once I told Our head of the school and they got scolded. I was happy that they got scolded for teasing me. They didn't talk to me as they got scolded because of me but after some time we became friends again and started to play. Eventually they learnt their lesson on why troubling others is not part of the essential skill that DSS teaches us.
I had many memories related to different things in this block of DSS. I clearly remember the time when I was admitted to this school in grade one and I was new here. I was very scared but after some time I made friends and played with them on the school grounds. We used to play slide, swing and also hide and seek. I will miss the basic block but I will also make memories in the new block of DSS. I am excited already!
