Online shopping also known as e-shopping is the act of buying and selling things through the internet. Everyone is almost familiar with the term online shopping and has been doing it from ages. It has been more trendy during and after the lockdown. It is convenient and easier than physically visiting shops. Online shopping includes all the stores, small businesses or big brands shops. Online shopping provides us with a variety of options of goods and services along with reviews on it though it takes extra charges for delivery, but sometimes it's worth it and sometimes it may not be. Online shopping is the best alternative, some people assume this and some do believe it. But is online shopping safe? I believe it is. Only if you buy products from a properly trusted website, app or store. It is safe and reliable only if you do it properly and safely. In the present people are more involved in online shopping than physical shopping compared with the past. The websites and apps for online shopping have improved a lot. Online shopping has gotten more secure and better. Everything comes with advantages and disadvantages so does online shopping. Through a device we can have a virtual representation of the items that we want to purchase. It is a benefit for the consumers as they have the right to choose and prefer one store. It has helped in communicating and connecting people through a medium. Online shopping has also been making people aware about their rights as consumers. It has been widely followed around the world. With technology and time, online shops are getting better than before and have been providing the best services. But in some cases it has been the exact opposite, people are easily scammed whether they are a consumer or a seller. This has developed an unfriendly relation among them. Which automatically makes other people rethink their decision before shopping online, this has made people rethink over anything before they purchase. There are situations where the consumers can get fooled by the fake accounts which were labeled as stores but weren't real, and same goes to the stores, some consumers pay online through various mediums and they end up not getting their purchase item which drastically makes it uncomfortable for both the parties. Consumers have to be informed about the goods and services along with the store details which can reassure them and make them feel less stressed. Through online shopping a lot of people are getting into employment, which is a great progress. Young people like to wear clothes, accessories that are trendy. These kinds of stuff can be easily available online which is one of the reasons for shopping online. Online shopping is good and easy but it is very necessary to be careful and consider every small detail while online shopping.
