My maternal house is in terai “Rauthat”. It takes 5 to 4 hours by bus to reach there. I like to visit my maternal house during the holidays.. There is my Grandfather, Grandmother, maternal uncle, aunt. They have a beautiful house. There are many trees, fields, domestic animals, rivers and beautiful flowers. The thing I like most about Rauthat is the fresh air and at night I can see the skies clearly and count stars, which I can not do in Kathmandu. Whenever I visit my maternal house in Dashain, I get money and blessings from my Grandparents. I love spending time with them. They love me very much. They prepare special food for me. I always feel happy to be with my Grandparents. Whenever I had to leave for Kathmandu, I always felt bad and left the house with a heavy heart. I am planning to visit my maternals after my final exams.
