The BFG is a 1982 children's book written by British novelist Roald Dahl and illustrated by Quentin Blake. There are 2 main characters in the book named, Sophie and The BFG. Sophie is an orphan with a good heart. She is 10 years old girl. Who is kind and brave. The BFG is a giant with a good heart. This book is both funny and interesting. The writing style is simple and beautiful. This book has hilarious words like "snozzcumber", "bellypoppers". Many times the giant mispronounce the words. And the "dreams" part was absolutely beautiful and magical. In the story, the giant collects the dream and give the beautiful one to small children.

This story shows the beautiful friendship between a human child and a giant who lives in a giant country. There are other giants also in the story but they are dangerous and man-eating giants.  I like the part where Sophie and BFG convinced the queen of London and get rid of all the bad giants. There is a movie based on this book but many contents are different in the movie. I enjoyed reading The BFG book rather than watching movie.
