Cyberbullying is a topic that we do not talk about. People do not take this topic seriously because this is a topic we do not care about. Cyberbullying is a serious case around the world.  Do we know how many people are suffering from this? Not only cyberbullying, bullying, anti-bullying I can go on and on.  Why do people bully? People bully others just for fun, it might be for you but for the person being bullied it is not, it really is not fun for him/her. Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior that can be physical, verbal, or relational, in-person or online. Hitting and pushing are physical bullying. Teasing, insulting, taunting are verbal bullying. Spreading lies and rumors are also one type of bullying. I have been through it. I know the pain. If somebody bullies you, do not sit and cry in the corner but stand and speak up for yourself. Fight back and we should help those who are suffering from bullying instead of not sitting and watching. I feel so sorry for the people getting bullied every day. Our English teacher gave us a book called “The New Kid”. This book is about a boy who got bullied because he could not walk or talk properly. It is not fair that people say when somebody suffers because of their luck. Like we say  भाग्यमा लेखेको हो. No, it is not true. They are getting bullied because people are bullying them . Bullied has killed over one million people each year by suicide. It is not funny. People are sick and tired of getting bullied and think the best way to get out is by dying. Being bullied can leave you feeling helpless, humiliated, depressed, or even suicidal. But there are ways to protect yourself or your loved ones at school and online and deal with a bully.
